An absolute great find in a beautiful secluded area
The cottage was well equipped, very comfortable with quick access to the lake.
Separate house outside Parksville
Great accommodations, nice kitchen, big bathroom, short walk to the beach, just outside Parksville, wifi not always getting through but overall a great place to stay.
the property was quiet and peaceful and very well taken care of.
the pebble beach which was 1 minute away was so beautiful.
We enjoyed our stay immensely as it was out of the city and very peaceful. The cottage was very clean and cozy and had all the supplies for cooking. We will definitely come back. thanks
Excellent cozy cottage. Beautiful spot to stay
It was so easy. Thanks
Pot of gold at the end of Haida Way.
We had a great stay. The cottage was easy to get to and complete in all respects, including laundry. It was bright, fresh, comfortable and close to the beach with a view across the Strait of Georgia. Our host Corry was very welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Could not have been better! We have already recommended the Beachcomber to friends. You will enjoy your stay.
Pictures don’t do this property justice! In a lovely neighborhood with deer nibbling beside the road. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of staying in this cottage.
We are located centrally on Vancouver Island. The guesthouse is situated on our home property in a very quiet cul-de-sac with beach access. Many outdoor activities are easily accessed from our location for day trips such as sightseeing in Victoria (under 2 hrs away) or skiing Mt. Washington (just over an hour drive). There are many things to do locally or closer-in such as wineries in the Cowichan Valley or theaters and restuarants in Parksville, Qualicum Beach, Nanaimo and Chemainus. There is a lot of great shopping downtown Parksville and Nanaimo as well as Vancouver Islands largest shopping centre Woodgrove Centre (19 minutes away).
