Le Grenelle is a jewel of an apartment, located in the heart of the Charming & Chic 16th Arrondisement, home to the Trocadero, Eiffel Tower, the exclusive Passy shopping area, outdoor markets, antique shops, cafes, restaurants, direct access to the Seine River and the Central Park of Paris--the Bois de Boulogne. This neighborhood is one of the most sought after by the Parisians themselves, and it's not unusual to rub shoulders with celebrities from all over the world.
Your Chez-Vous is located on a charming, and oh so Parisian, tree lined street, flanked by upper scale shops, restaurants and cafes. In the morning, you need only cross the street to the square, and stroll along the stands of the Open Market, among the fresh fruits, vegetables, meats and yummy gourmet treats. Once your shopping cart is filled to the brim, you'll enter the code to the building's secured door, and head up to your 1st floor retreat.
The spacious and light kitchen, with large window facing a private garden, is fully equipped with everything you'll need to create your gastronomical masterpieces. Dine in the kitchen or move to the classic French Salon, complete with parquet floors, marbled fireplace, ceiling moldings and ceiling to floor curved, French doors with views of the square, street and Henri Collet Park, with it's Lion Head Fountain.
After enjoying your home cooked meals, relax by catching up on world events with English, cabled channels, or a Movie in English from the collection of DVDs available.
Later you can send e-mails, with High-speed Internet Access/WIFI, to your envious friends or family or, even better, call them with Free International Calls!
The large bedroom is warm and inviting, with those truly unique French parquet floors, wanes coating, ceiling moldings and large French doors. There's plenty of space to hang your purchases from the chic clothing stores along the Rue de Passy.
The bathroom has a shower/bathtub, large lighted sink, bidet and window facing the private garden.
The Toilet is separate from the bathroom, with a window on the courtyard, allowing less congestion for larger groups getting ready for a day of sightseeing.
Speaking of sightseeing, the apartment is only 5 minutes from the RER C line, and 10 minutes from Metro line 10. Both lines can whisk you to the most important sites to see in Paris--the Luxembourg garden, Sorbonne, Latin Quarter, Arch of Triumph, Champs-Elysees, Louvre, Marais, etc..., or you can spend the day strolling along the Seine, to Trocadero, to the Eiffel Tower, along the Passy Shopping Area, etc...
Elegant, charming, convenient and oh-so-Parisian all describe the ambiance of the 16th, and this jewel of an apartment, a memorable Parisian Home-Away-From-Home!

Nestled in a wonderful neighborhood, this apartment was perfect for our vacation! Be prepared to walk and climb steps, but after that everything is only a walk or metro ride away. Patisserie right down the street, wonderful baguettes. Not a touristy neighborhood so you're talking to locals! Very very nice.
My husband and I stayed at Le Grenelle for 10 days in September 2015. We found it to be in a nice family neighborhood and felt very safe there. All major tourist sites were available by public transportation. It was close to bus, train and metro stations and we used them all. It was also within walking distance of Eiffel Tower, the River Seine and Musee Marmotan. We loved the farmers' market across the street! We bought delicious melons, peaches, figs, avocados, eggs, cheese, and scarves as gifts that cost much less than the one's in the tourist areas.
We also loved the bistro downstairs rated 4 &1/2 stars on Trip Advisor. Try their pot au chocolat! There were several other highly rated restaurants within walking distance. Every morning my husband walked to a local boulangerie and bought a baget for our breakfast. We ate all of our breakfasts in, which saved us lots of money.
After 10 days there, we began to feel like we were part of the neighborhood. We were greeted warmly by all the local merchants. We found Parisiens to be very friendly and lots of them, especially the young people, spoke excellent English.
My husband and I had our second stay in "Le Grenelle" in September... and would very happily stay there again next time we are in Paris. The apartment is, as described in other reviews, very Parisian, in a lovely neighborhood that has convenient boulangeries, supermarkets, restaurants, good public transportation, and is within walking distance of a number of museums, the Eiffel Tower, etc. The beautiful windows overlook the twice-weekly market, a park and at the end of a long day, it was lovely to linger at the table with a glass of wine and watch the bustle of the neighborhood below. We would recommend it to anyone, for a short or a long-term stay.
I spent 6 days in Paris sightseening with my young children in October. We were a bit tired when we arrived in Paris after long travel in London, but this charming parisien apartment truly gave us a comfortable time to feel as if we were at home. Unlike regular hotel stay, we had fully equipped kitchen, laundry machine, seperate living room area, nice and quite bedroom, luxurious bathroom, and most of all, nice and warm neighborhood where you can find a farmer's market right in front of the apartment every Tuesday and Friday. Not only it's fun to browse but they do have really fresh fruit, meat and fish. My kids already miss the market! We cooked almost every night, and it was perfect for us (a family with young kids) to eat well and relex at home after a long day of sightseeing. The bus stop and supermarket are also near to the apartment. I enjoyed a nice walk to Eiffel Tower via Pont de Grenelle and ile aux Cygnes. Quiet and full of autumn mood to walk. I like to thank Aeron for coming over when we had hard time to open a sofabed. The sofabed and a bed in the bedroom were very comfortable. The apartment was also good with its heater and shower. It was exceptionally cold (around 4-5 'c) when we visited Paris, but thanks to heating system, we felt warm and cozy. I also thank Krystina for answering all the little questions I had when checkin and checkout. I do appreciate her help. My kids said that they felt this place very beautiful and unique and they had fun experiencing a new way of parisien architecture. Although I stayed only 6 days in Paris, it feels like as if I lived in Paris for a long time :)
My son and I enjoyed a leisurely 2 week holiday in Paris, walking to virtually every place we were interested in exploring. This Parisian apartment was within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower as well as the Arc De Triomphe. It was so comfortable that on the one or two days we were inside during rain, we were able to enjoy cooking and dining quite well. Any requests were handled quickly and cheerfully by Aaron and Krystina. The view outside our windows was spectacular! The apartment was clean and comfortable. I was surprised to find egg cups in our kitchen; it seems they thought of everything! As in all real estate, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Our warmest, and most sincere appreciation to Steven, Veronica, Aaron, and Krystina for making sure this vacation was truly care free, and one we will never forget. Vive La France !
Close to park and children's play area, proximity to Bois de Boulogne Park with its lakes, row boats, jogging paths and restaurants. Open market in Square just across the street. Restaurants and cafes 5 minutes in every direction. Historic Art Nouveau buildings to visit, and museums in neighborhood, and the Eiffel Tower peeking behind buildings-Paris at it's finest!
