One look at this lovely 2-story home, and your family will love it as much as ours does! Winter, summer, or in-between, this is the perfect place for your vacation. Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and plenty of space for everyone. We provide all linens, pillows, blankets & towels. The kitchen is fully-stocked with everything you'll need to serve meals during your stay - you just supply the food. With a wood-burning fireplace, cathedral ceilings, and natural wood accents, the living room is so cozy that you'll feel instantly at ease. The decor in the home is warm and inviting - we want your family to feel relaxed and at home during your stay, and we hope you'll enjoy your experience enough to come back!

Minimum age for renters: We welcome and encourage rentals by families with children of all ages. However, we cannot rent to individuals under 25 years of age who will not be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian. This is in accordance with Northridge community guidelines & covenants, and exceptions will not be made.

Maximum occupancy: The home accommodates a maximum of nine guests in total, with a maximum of eight of those guests being adults.

These limits are in place because the sleeping accommodations for 2 guests are a bunk bed, and the top bunk is not intended for use by adults. We are not liable for injuries resulting from adults attempting to occupy bunk beds.

If more than eight adults are found to occupy the unit, additional charges will be deducted from the Security Deposit.

  • There is one full bathroom on each floor, perfect for accommodating large or multiple families. After a day on the slopes, relax by taking a hot bath! We provide all the bath towels your family will require during your stay.

  • There are two large bedrooms on the second floor. Decorated in calming sage & beige tones, and equipped with an amazingly comfortable king-size bed, the spacious master bedroom provides an inviting retreat from your busy day. The room has a walk-in closet & direct access to the bathroom. The second bedroom also is beautifully decorated, and has a view of the slopes at Camelback, and a very inviting queen-size bed. On the 1st floor is the bedroom designated 'The Kids' Room' - with 1 set of bunk beds, 1 twin bed, and a flat-panel LCD tv/dvd, it sleeps 3 kids and gives children a place to play or sleep while parents gather in the living area. The living room has a convertible couch, which sleeps 2. We provide all pillows, blankets, and sheets that your family will require during your stay. Please note that the top bunk of the bunk bed is intended for children only. It is not intended for use by adults.

The townhouse was situated in a great location next to Camelback Pa. House was very roomy and well stocked with everything one needs. Very clean landlady kept us informed of area situations , road closures etc. would definitely come back and recommend to all my friends

"The Girlfriends " get together for 2 trips a year, The house was perfect for us ! The hills were great for the walkers, The Outlets were magnets for the shoppers, and the adventurers loved Camelbeach, Tannersville restaurants and horseback riding. A fun weekend had by all. Next time we take an extra day off from work !

The location of the property was very convenient. Close to water parks, outlets, & restaurants

Melanie was wonderful to deal with. The kitchen has every gadget that you would need. The condo and its furnishings (couches and carpets) are a little tired and would recommend updating. The mattresses were comfortable which was a plus. Overall would stay again as the price point matched our needs.

Had a nice stay

We rented from 8/20-8/25. Place was clean and airy. There was a few drawbacks. Originally pictured there was 2 sets (4 bunk beds). Upon checkin, we noticed there was only 3. We were told they the 4th bunk bed was broken by a previous guest. This was a disappointent since there was 4 children. We were told that the crouch pulls out but all the kids wanted to sleep together, as this was the allure. So one of them slept on the ground in the room. There was a few bulbs missing. 2 we replaced but we lost the receipt for reimbursement. The porch light was out. The oven light did not work. The carpet had a few stains on it with small burn marks by the fireplace. The TV in one of the rooms was minuscule. Other than this that I can remember everything else was good. It was very clean, very nice. Much cheaper to stay here than to stay in the Camelback resort. You get a much bigger place for a fraction of the price. The kitchen is fully stocked including microwave and small toaster. If I could, since i am on my IPad, I would give it 3-3/4 stars, mostly bc of the bunk bed issue.

Located in the scenic Northridge Station community, we are just a 3 minute drive from the entrance to Camelback & Camelbeach. There are endless activities in the area. Ski or snowboard at any one of five plus mountains in the winter, or check out the local water parks in the summer. We are less than 10 minutes from The Crossings, an outlet mall with over 100 stores. Area restaurants and shops abound. Check out the new Mount Airy Casino, only 15 minutes away. For the 'outdoorsmen and -women' there's a shooting rage 20 minutes away - use your firearms or theirs. For lovers of racing & fast cars, visit Pocono Raceway, just 30 minutes away. Drive less than 30 minutes to visit multiple vineyards and wineries, or visit Split Rock Resort for their annual wine and beer festivals. No matter what your interests, you'll find an abundance of activities right at your fingertips. We are located approximately 1-1/2 hours from New York City.

Ski: Our home is a 3-minute drive to the entrance of Camelback Ski Area. Spend a few hours on the slopes, and return to the house to rest or have lunch before heading back for more winter fun!
