Perfect for my RI Getaway

  • 5 of 5

A lovely, quiet spot in a safe neighborhood within walking distance of a picture perfect cove. The cottage was decorated in a charming way and was extremely well equipped. Better stocked than most VRBO places--I could have lived there permanently. The beds were comfortable and I had a very relaxing stay while visiting friends. Donna, the owner, was very friendly and was more than willing to help with any questions that I had. It was very close to lots of stores and restaurants in Seekonk, MA. I will definitely return on my next trip to RI.

Perfect. Upon getting to the house a lot earlier than anticipated, Donna, was so helpful and welcoming. The house has everything you need and more 'a home away from home'. Close enough drive to plenty of restaurants, shops. Not too far of a drive to Providence & Bristol. A great neighborhood for walking- she even let us walk her dogs! :) It was just so perfect, location-- definitely needed QT before my boyfriend deploys. Thank you SOOOO much!! Will definitely recommend anyone staying here if you want comfort, privacy and ease. & will most definitely be back- my BF is already planning on it when he returns from overseas next summer :) !! THANK YOU!!!

Delightful,clean & comfortable cottage

  • 5 of 5

We were greeted on our arrival by the owners and instantly made to feel welcome. The cottage was surprisingly light & airy, it was clean, well equipped, tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The owners have made a very useful guide with information on places to visit and local restuarants etc. The cottage is located on a quiet street in a quiet neighbourhood so a good nights sleep was guaranteed. It was always a pleasure to return to after a long day sightseeing in Rhode island and beyond. Barrington is a short drive away and has everything you would need including several good restuarants. We were sad to leave after nine very happy relaxing days. We would highly recommend this cottage.

Clean, Cozy, Classy -- Perfect Home Away From Home

  • 5 of 5

Have stayed six times visiting Mom at nursing home. Cottage is special. Owner is gracious, personable, respectful of one's privacy. Barrington native who has lived in beautiful New Hampshire, Virginia, Illinois, Oregon. But Little Rhody, the most charming state, and Barrington, the most lovely town, especially May through October.

Great vacation spot!

  • 5 of 5

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time! Its the perfect size for a couple or vacationing family, with a cozy and romantic gas heating stove, plenty of bedroom and storage space, and a fully functional kitchen. It's just off the Wampanoag Trail, putting it within close reach of both 195 (to head over the river to Providence and beyond) and of the East Bay area with its scenery and good food. It really was like having a home away from home for a little while, and we definitely recommend this little cottage to any New England vacationers who want a comfortable stay!
