Georgian Crescent Apartment With 1 Bedroom and Free Parking
'Norfolk Green' is a second floor apartment within one of Bath's original Georgian Crescents.
Situated within No.16 Norfolk Crescent, the apartment overlooks a wide open green space to the front of the building. This provides panoramic views from the property’s living room and takes in the leafy banks of the River Avon and cityscape beyond.
The property is a short, flat walk from the historic centre. Within just a few minutes you can be within the heart of the city and enjoying the shopping, restaurants and historic attractions that make Bath a truly unique UNESCO World Heritage Site!
Norfolk Crescent was built between 1793 and 1822 and is a designated Grade 2 listed building. The original design of the crescent was by John Palmer and is a fine example of architecture from that time.
The property includes a spacious living room, bedroom, kitchen / dining area and bathroom. The rooms are of Georgian proportions including 3.3 metre ceiling heights and large sash windows. The apartment has gas central heating throughout and has free WiFi Broadband.
The property has one master bedroom, furnished with a king-size mahogany sleigh bed. Bed linen is provided and includes goose feather and duck down duvets together with feather and hypo-allergenic fibre pillows. The bedroom has been finished to a high standard with beautiful fabrics and interior décor. The bedroom includes an open faced wardrobe for storage of clothing and other luggage.
The property includes a bathroom that has been styled to reflect the age and feel of the building. The black and white design coupled with period china ware makes for a decadent feel from a time gone by. The bathroom is beautifully worked to include a bath, shower, basin, toilet and towel rail heater.
Norfolk Green has a spacious, well decorated living room. The predominantly black and white interior of the living room hosts a two seat sofa, period fireplace and a 32” television.
The kitchen is fully equipped. It includes newly installed kitchen units and work tops, a gas hob and electric oven, fridge / freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine.
An extending dining table is provided. The table can be: folded away, made into a romantic two seater, or fully extended to allow up to 4 persons to dine. The table is beautifully constructed from wood and is a modern antique.
Complimentary teas, ground coffee and milk will be provided upon your arrival. Should you wish for any additional food and drink items these can be arranged for your arrival (and charged accordingly). We can also help with restaurant recommendations and suggestions for activities and entertainment.
A parking permit is provided within the cost of the rental. The permit allows one vehicle to be parked at any time within the parking bays along Norfolk Crescent and surrounding streets.

Lovely apartment in a fine location.
Well supplied, very clean, on a park, and on the trail along the Avon. Bath is a beautiful city.
This is easily one of the best short term holiday rentals that we have ever stayed in.... and we have stayed in a lot. The host - Mark, was brilliant from start to finish. The booking was effortless, the communication afterwards was thorough and friendly and the apartment was simply outstanding.
The location was so good it was unbelievable - close enough to everything you would want in Bath yet far enough away from the centre that it was quiet and pieceful. Not only that, but the apartment itself was so well appointed that it really was alike a home from home. Mark provided all of the usual, as well as far more besides. There was even washing powder so we could do a well needed load of washing. In summary, this place is fantastic. Book here with confidence.
Great accommodation for a stay in Bath
This is a lovely apartment close to the centre of Bath. It is well equipped with everything two people would need, and located in a quiet part of town very close to a Sainsbury's and within walking distance to just about everywhere. Customer service from the owner and manager, Mark Keyford, was excellent. The bed is very comfortable and there are windows to provide cross breeze on a warm day. I would recommend adding a chair or bench in the entrance way so one could sit when doing up or taking off shoes.
Norfolk Green--A Great Choice!
We had a lovely stay in Norfolk Green. Mark was very helpful and answered all our questions both prior to and during our stay. We didn't have a phone and he was even nice enough to order a taxi for us! The rental was very clean and quiet, and the walk into the area where the attractions are is an easy one. Having a combination washer/dryer was a real plus.

The perfect place to stay in Bath
We have been traveling to Europe for the past 30+ years, staying in apartments, cottages and villas most every trip. Mark's flat in Bath is a perfect place to stay while visiting this area. Clean, great location within easy walking distance of everything, large windows with a view of open space and distant hills, an excellent kitchen for cooking, and a place to park your car.
Add to this Mark's very timely responses during the booking process and our stay and a real concern for the visitors having a great time in his city and I can't imagine a better and more reasonable place to stay in Bath.
Bath offers a unique experience with stunning architecture, great shopping and iconic attractions.

Additional information about rental rates
An initial 25% payment is required at the time of booking. The balance payment is required 4 weeks before the start of your stay. Both payments are non-refundable. A £100 damage deposit is also required. The damage deposit is refunded after your stay providing no damage has occurred to the property or the fixtures and fittings.
