The properties within Mammoth Gateway Village were constructed in 2006 and are the perfect retreat for any type of Mammoth getaway.
Ideally Located...: Mammoth Gateway Village is nestled in a forest of mature pines and is a short five minute walk to Mammoth Village, the Village Gondola, Ski Rentals, Ticket Offices, Shops, Restaurants, and other winter and summer activities.
Stretch out and relax - there is plenty of room! Floor plans are spacious and open and are some of the largest floor plans available for short term rentals in Mammoth. All available properties are fully furnished and very spacious throughout with four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths (some units have 2 full bathrooms), full kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry, and two-car attached garage.
The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed, spacious seating/work area, jacuzzi tub, and a balcony. The second and third bedrooms include a queen size bed and a set of twin over twin bunk beds, and the fourth bedroom (converted loft) is also furnished with a queen size bed and a set of twin over double bunk beds.
The finest linens and sundries are provided to make your stay complete so if it is skiing in the winter time or hiking, biking, or fishing in the summer time this property is in the perfect location for all.

Love the mountains and the outdoors all year around. Mammoth is a great place Spring, Summer, Winter, and Fall.
The house is amazing!!!! The best one I have ever rented.
We liked absolutely everything about the house: the beds, bathrooms, garage, fireplace, TV, balcony, big dinner table, comfortable couch and chairs. As a big group of 14 people, we felt very comfortable and
were not limited in space. The kitchen is one of the best things about that house; I felt like I was cooking at home. There were absolutely everything we needed for cooking and for arranging a wonderful new
year's eve dinner table. I could not believe you had a champagne glasses and a mixer; an automated oven and a big refrigerator with icemaker were such luxury we definitely were not expecting.
I recommend that house to everyone.
My family and friends stayed in David’s home over the weekend - it was the perfect spot for easy access to Mammoth Brew Co, The Village and Canyon Lodge (~8-10 min walk to the Village). The property is spacious with plenty of room for all our guest and gear. The kitchen is nicely stocked with all the accessories to cook a gourmet meal (including a bbq on the porch). Almost every room had a TV, so you could watch your favorite show or surf the internet via the wifi. Overall a great experience – an inviting, clean, comfortable home. Looking forward to staying here again soon :)
My stay here was wonderful. We had 4 couples and a 3 year old and all the rooms were very accommodating. The decor was beautiful and felt like home away from home. Location was great. Very close to the village and restaurants. I would stay again.
We had an amazing time staying in Mammoth. The house was within walking distance to the village and many restaurants. Loved the layout of the house.... Great for multiple families.
This townhouse has it all with a great location! Four families enjoyed this update modern place. Centrally located great location walking distance to numerous restaurants. Townhouse has great parking with top amenities. Would highly recommend this place for families with teenage kids who want to make the most of their vacation to Mammoth. The owner David was very accommodating and made sure the property in great shape upon our arrival. Fully stocked kitchen worked great for breakfast before hitting the slopes! Would definitely stay here again.
This is a cozy, updated, well-kept townhouse in the middle of town. We went up with 3 families with kids and the large layout gave us options to fit all the families comfortably. Centrally located: we were within 10 min of all the Mammoth lakes, horseback riding and gondola ride up the mountain. Supermarket is minutes away if you want to cook a few meals and Giovanni's pizza is a must try. We were first time renters to the Mammoth area, unsure of the process, but David was great with his prompt communication and accommodation. Definitely would return!
Mammoth Gateway Village is just south of the intersection of Main Street and Minaret at the opposite corner of Whiskey Creek Restaurant.
Ski: This property is located at the intersection of Main St. and Minaret and is a short 5 minute walk from the Gondola at The Village at Mammoth. It is also less than a 1 minute walk to the closest Mammoth Area Shuttle station.

Multiple Units are available all with 4 bedrooms and either 2 or 2 1/2 bathrooms. All Units will sleep 15.
Check In is 4 PM PST on day of arrival.
