Ideal Place for a Family Reunion!

  • 5 of 5

Hidden Valley Farm in Vermont was the absolute perfect place to hold our family reunion. Everyone had so much fun they want to go back for Thanksgiving and make it a family weekend, not just a picnic. The views are amazing, the setting a dream and the property a small piece of heaven. The log cabin was very comfortable, despite sweltering temperatures. A few small improvements could be made and were sent on a list but overall the best weekend of the summer!

And if we can make it happen, we will be back!

An Incredible Fall Foilage Experience

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I spent our anniversary in this cabin with an amazing view from every window. The stone fireplace provided romance and warmth as it was cool this Fall. The view from the front porch was spectacular as we stayed during the prime Foilage season. We had the opportunity to meet and spend time with the owners and their family over a fire pit in the evening. We loved everything about this cabin and the breathtaking scenery which was located on 200 beautiful acres. We enjoyed hiking up to the top of the mountains on the property as well as fishing in the pond. If you have never rented a property before you really should try this one!! Great place, Great owners, Great Get-Away!!

Thank you to the Athwal Family... We really enjoyed our stay!!

What a wonderful Christmas gift for my family

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time at this chattel. It was my two daughters and I and the place was warm and nothing but cozy. The stone fireplace made the atmosphere exceptional, just what we were looking what I was looking for in a ski vacation. It was so convenient to the mountain, yet far enough away that I felt like I was in the wilderness. The view is unbelievable while we were there, I can only imagine pristine view during summer and foliage season it must be spectacular.

The owners were attentive and responsive to the smallest of accommodations and created a first class experience that we will all remember for a lifetime. Both my girls have already asked to come back and have this as their Christmas there Christmas vacation again. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a ski vacation that they will never forget.

A real log cabin experience!

  • 4 of 5

We had a wonderful time in this authentic yet comfortable log cabin. It was warm and inviting with a large stone fireplace, plenty of firewood, comfortable beds (1 Qn in 1 room and 2 bunk beds in the other), and a good-sized, well appointed kitchen. The cabin is very attractive and nicely decorated, and the view out the front windows is a serious knockout. The property, which is substantial, is nestled in a bowl-like valley surrounded by small wooded mountains. There is a lovely pond on the farm and the cabin is backed by a fir forest full of deer (we saw many). The only drawback to this view is that the property is quite far from major thoroughfares, but that could of course be seen as a benefit. It's about 45 min north of Manchester, the nearest good-sized town of interest to tourists like us. The owners are conscientious, communicative, and clearly proud of their property, as they well shoud be. The rate is fair and the instructions/directions were very clear and accurate.

We would definitley recommend this property to others and are looking forward to coming back!
