We are Jay & Arlene Moss, the owners. We live in Colorado Springs. We love to ski and bike and play in the mountains. In 2004 we were finally able to buy a condo that would hold the family and our kids' friends. The condo is close enough to the slopes that we all can head home for lunch. If we want to head downtown to Crepes a la Cart or some other shopping we don't have to drive! Jay and I enjoy the hot tubs after a long day on the slopes. We are sure you will love Breckenridge as much as we do, it's a great place to build wonderful family memories.

We love being so close to the slopes and nestled in the trees away from traffic and crowds. During the summer you are a stone's throw from hiking and biking, but you can walk right downtown for some shopping or a dinner out. It's the perfect location.

Perfect for my family!
Our stay was great! Condo had all our needs met. The best part was watching the cutie little foxes from our balcony! I was nervous the walk to Main Street would be farther than it was claimed to be. It was easy peasy! So was excited about that!

We loved staying here! The place was perfect, super clean, lots of kitchen items, fans and bedding. It was a short walk to town and the gondola was a quick .8 mile walk away!! Would definitely stay here again!!
Perfect Condo for Family!
The condo was a perfect place for our family's visit to Breckenridge. Our two children loved the kids room and the master room + bathroom worked perfectly for us. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking equipment and essentials. And the location was perfect. We walked 90% of the time and only took our car when we really needed to. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
The condo was as advertised, clean and the location was really close to town. There was plenty of room for me my wife and to kids. The pool area was great too. We will definitely stay here the next tine we come back.

Great stay, not a single complaint
It was easy getting into the room, well stocked with necessary items an so close to town. Owners provided great instructions and we really enjoyed the pool area.

We had a great stay at this property. It was a great location and a great set up for me, my husband and our 3 kids. It was very clean (which is a very important part of a place for me) and the location was so quite and beautiful. There is a beautiful creek that runs behind it, and there were foxes all around. Arlene (the owner) was great as well. She was quick to respond to any questions I had and emailed to check on us our first day and also emailed me one other day to let me know of a power outage. The only thing I would change is to have a grill on the back deck and would’ve liked longer pool/hot tub hours in the evenings, but that has nothing to do with the unit itself. The pool and hot tub area was fantastic. If you forget your quarters for laundry, or don’t bring enough like I did, the Loaf N Jug convenient store down the road will give you some, but the Sinclair right by the condo will not. So just FYI there. :) We had a great stay and can’t wait to visit Breckenridge again in the winter! If you like adventure and have kids, be sure to check out Keystone resort. They have snow tubing and lots of kid activities. If you are up for a drive, visit CO Springs and the Rocky Mountain Natl Park! It was AMAZING! :)
Columbine #202 is just a short walk to both the Peak 9 Base area and downtown Breckenridge. There's no need to drive, as all the restaurants, shopping, and skiing are just outside your door.
