Premier 5 bedroom bungalow,sleeps 10,secure garden,2 patios, golf practice area.

A modern chalet bungalow with panoramic sea views. Set in it's own 2 acres of grounds, Seascape Lodge sits above Whitepark Bay on Northern Ireland's beautiful Causeway Coast and is only 5 minutes walk to the beach. The property is located close to the Giants Causeway world heritage site, Bushmills with its world famous whisky distillery and Royal Portrush Golf Club.

With 5 Bedrooms (4 with sea views), 3 bathrooms, lounge and sunroom both with sea views, the Lodge comes with all the facilities required for a fantastic stay on the Causeway coast. Whether you are visiting all the nearby places of interest, enjoying the outdoors (walking,cycling,surfing or golfing) or just relaxing on either the decked patio with gas BBQ or the lower patio with charcoal BBQ / outside fireplace and covered gazebo, both of which overlook the sea, Seascape Lodge has everything you need.

Enjoy watching the sun rise over Rathlin Island in the morning and setting over the Causeway headland and Atlantic ocean all from the comfort of the deck and large front garden.

For golfers there is a short pitching practice hole to fine tune your game before tackling the many excellent courses in the area

The 1st floor of the house has the master bedroom with king sized bed, a twin bedroom and a large bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle.

The ground floor has a super-king bedroom and a double bedroom with shared en-suite. The super-king bed is a "zip & link" bed which allows it to be split into 2 separate single beds on request in advance with an additional admin charge applying. There is a further twin room and also another large family bathroom again with bath and separate shower.

The ground floor accommodation is completed by a lounge (with stove) connecting through to the sun room, (we have recently installed an additional new log stove in the sun-room to make that area extra snug in the winter months), large modern kitchen with dining area and connecting utility/wet room with an additional toilet.

Please note that the minimum booking is generally for 3 nights, but 2 nights will be considered for families, outdoor pursuit enthusiasts and leisure breaks for more mature groups. We do not cater for what we would term 'partying' weekends. 2 night breaks would attract a minimum rate of £690 depending on the season, please contact us for prices.

We cannot recommend this property enough. As a party of 10, 6 adults & 4 children everything was perfect from the moment we arrived to we left. We hope to book again.

Beautiful views and great location on North coast of Northern Ireland

First I will say that the house was a good size with all the amenities you would need on vacation, well-kept and clean. We were a family of seven: my husband and I with our four teenage children and my husbands mother. The views were absolutely beautiful (especially the sunsets). The location was great for visiting the areas we wanted to see in Northern Ireland such as The Giant's Causeway, Carrick-A-Rede Bridge, Dunluce Castle, different Game of Thrones locations, and Belfast. Ian did a great job of providing information about the house and things to do in the area. I would highly recommend staying here. The only two downfalls we encountered were that the closest supermarket was about a half hour drive away and the wi-fi was not the best(especially with four teenagers all trying to get on)--but this is due to the remote location of the house and couldn't really be avoided. There were good restaurants in the area and Ian did a great job of providing information about them. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Owner's Response: We are very please that you enjoyed your stay at Seascape and thank you for your kind commnets Regarding the location of the store, Bushmills has a large selection of shops and is only 5 miles or 12 minutes drive from the house, I can only apologize if I didn't make clear the quickest way of getting there. We also fully appreciate that the current performance of the internet can be frustrating, but is outside our control. We are investigating the feasibility of switching to a WiMAX service provider to improve this asap. Thanks again

AMAZING!!

We stayed at the Seascape for a family vacation. My husband and I, our 2 teenagers and my 2 nieces. This house was perfect!! This was our first time visiting Northern Ireland, and I was surprised how "country" it was. The views from the house were amazing and at first I felt like we were so far away from everything, but once we found our way around...it was just a few miles to Bushmills and the small grocery type stores (the Spar and Centra). After being gone all day sight-seeing, we loved coming back to the house and playing golf, pickleball, soccer, enjoying the view from the swing, and braving a walk along the skinny country road. The house was also only about 45 minutes from Belfast. Once you get used to the driving and all the round abouts, traveling around the countryside was easy. Highly recommend this house!! Ian and Nikki were so accommodating and nice.

Wonderful property and location for group staying in Northern Ireland

We had a group of 6 that stayed here for 6 days the end of March 2017. We had a wonderful time! The owner included a list of attractions and restaurants in the area. There was plenty to choose from. We were within an hour's drive of everything we wanted to see in Northern Ireland. The house was very modern, clean and well-stocked. There was every type of kitchen appliance and utensil you'd ever need. The bedrooms had enough space to stretch out. There are 2 separate family room areas with a fireplace in each. Those were enjoyed by all in the evenings. The grounds were well-kept. The view was amazing! I've stayed at several rental properties before and this one was by far the best!

Great house ,wonderful views and location

This is a great property it easily accommodated our party of 5 couples. Everything was very clean, comfortable and very well maintained and, unusually in our experience of renting, plenty of crockery and utensils for such a large group.

The location is perfect with glorious views out over the coastline and lots of attractions nearby and along the coast. All our party enjoyed themselves either being busy with all the activities available or just relaxing and enjoying the house whilst soaking up the beautiful views. The owners were extremely helpful and and managed the whole rental process extremely well.

All in all, we had a great time in this house and we will certainly try and rent it again.

Well maintained property, clean and modern with everything you could need. Wonderful views. Peaceful and calm. Nice welcome basket and some basics in refrigerator to get you started. Everyone loved the place! Ian was very welcoming and responsive to our needs.
