A lovely modern 3 bedroom end terrace house in a lovely residential setting overlooking Benidorm and the Sierra Cortina golf course. One of a selection of villas and apartments from Holidays and Homes!
Los Olivos has three bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twins, and three full bathrooms one of which is en-suite to the master bedroom. There is air-conditioning, satellite TV with numerous English channels including BBC and ITV, a washing machine and dishwasher and a mobile internet Wi-Fi option (on request at extra charge)
The villa is in a gated complex with two community pools and overlooks the 18 hole Sierra Cortina par three golf course. It is 2km from the commercial centre and 4km to the La Cala beach. There are two other larger golf courses nearby together with several theme parks and just up the road is the Sierra Cortina Spa centre that has an indoor swimming pool, exercise and treatment rooms and tennis courts.
The property, that is fully air-conditioned, will sleep up to 6 people. On the first floor the master en-suite bedroom has a double bed and small balcony overlooking the golf course and a full en-suite bathroom. Also on this floor is a twin bedroom and a family bathroom. A second twin bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor that also has the comfortable lounge and dining area with a table and four chairs and a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. There is a television, with a selection of English channels. Patio doors from the lounge take you to the covered naya and terrace with another table and four chairs a private garden laid to grass. A gate leads to the communal landscaped gardens and two swimming pools.
Families and mature adult groups only please. No smoking in the house.
Los Olivos is one of the most attractive urban developments on the Costa Blanca. Here are luxury standards in a peaceful and relaxing location yet just minutes away you will find the buzz of Benidorm and a large variety of amenities making this a perfect place for comfort and exclusiveness.
Close at hand are the Terra Mitica theme park, Terra Natura, Mundomar, Aqualandia, golf courses and some of the most beautiful mediterranean beaches, with the lovely neighbouring coastal towns of Albir and Altea just a few kilometres away.
There are a number of swimming pools for the use of guests all within the gated community. Within 15 minutes walk there is the Sierra Cortina health spa, a gymnasium, with an indoor pool, tennis/padel courts, coffee shop and 2 restaurants. The large shopping complex of La Marina, with it bowling alley, restaurants and cinema is just a 5 minute drive, along with the train station which takes you to Alicante or in the direction of Denia.
The Costa Blanca has many historic places of interest to visit, one of which is the fortress town of Guadalest, one of the final stonghold of the invading Moors. Also there are the Fonts d'Algar a beautiful natural waterfall. Surrounded by mountains the area boasts an all year round micro climate which allows sun worshippers to take to the many sandy beaches in the middle of 'winter'. Our Sierra Cortina Resort properties are situated at the foot of the mountain range overlooking Benidorm, just a 10 minute car drive to the beaches of Levante and Poniente, less to the beach of La Cala de Finestrat. We have 3 fantastic 18 hole golf courses, one of which was designed by Jack Nicklaus. There are state of the art health spa's, tennis/padel courts, two 5 star hotels which are home to magnificent restaurants and bars. Also for children of all ages are the theme parks of Terra Mitica, where there are some of the best rides in the world, Terra Natura, for a taste of cultures from around the world, Mundomar Sea Life Park and Aqualandia waterpark

Très belle résidence ainsi que la maison. Mais malheureusement pas beaucoup sécurisé. Car on c'est fait cambriolé le dimanche 23 août 2015, veille du départ.
je suis très désolé que vous aviez un cambriolage à la maison pendant que vous étiez là. Cependant, cela peut se produire n'importe où dans le monde et je suis déçu que vous avez choisi d'attribuer une seule étoile, juste à cause de cela. Vous avez dit que la maison est belle, mais une étoile ne reflète pas cette. Il ne permet pas d'autres personnes forment l'opinion correcte et tel est l'objet d'un examen. Il aurait aussi été agréable si vous aviez reconnu l'aide fournie à l'époque par le représentant local pour Los Olivos. Karen était là pour vous aider, pour fournir un soutien et d'obtenir le rapport de police pour votre compagnie d'assurance.
Je suis convaincu que vous avez apprécié le reste de vos vacances et il ne vous empêchera pas de revenir à cette belle partie de l'Espagne.
I am very sorry that you had a burglary at the house whilst you were there. However, this can happen anywhere in the world and I am disappointed that you have chosen to award only one star, just because of this. You have said the house is beautiful but one star does not reflect this. It does not help other people form the correct opinion, that is the purpose of a review. It would also have been nice if you had acknowledged the help provided at the time by the local representative for Los Olivos. Karen was there to help you, to provide support and to obtain the police report for your insurance company.
I trust that you enjoyed the rest of your holiday and it will not stop you returning to this beautiful part of Spain.

Additional information about rental rates
Utilities: The rental price includes an allowance for electricity of 15 units (Kwh) per day. Any usage above this is charged at 0.25 euros per unit and taken from the refundable surety. This allowance is adequate for normal use of the facility, including the air-conditioning, and you can check the usage on the electric meter for the house. If you require the optional mobile Wi-Fi internet unit this has to be ordered in advance. The villa is available from 16:00 hrs on your arrival day and must be vacated by 10:00 hrs on your last day. We shall be as flexible as possible if your arrival/departure time is outside of these hours.
