In the heart of Carnac-Plage, in a luxury residence with elevator, sea view, close to the beach and shops, about 200m from the sailing club.

On the 4th and last floor, studio of 25m ², open sea view, classified 2 stars, WIFI.
Entrance into corridor serving the bathroom consisting of a basin, a shower and an adjoining independent toilet.
Living room with a kitchenette equipped with 4 electric rings, a small refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and microwave.
Bar delimiting the lounge/ living room equipped with a table and chairs, a bench (2 trundle beds 90cm for 2 beds), TV, 2 bay windows giving access to the balcony loggia with a breathtaking view of the sea.
