South of the Charente, in a hilly area and in a valley Bégot mill was built in the late 18th century on a small river, the Nauve of the root ball. Restored in its entirety in a refined architectural optical combining wood, stone, steel, concrete, lime, glass, the mill is now a living building about 700 m2 with a house of 120 m2 and two guest rooms.
The area of 8ha consists of a garden, meadows for animals (ponies, horses, goats and sheep), wood, a river and a pond. The pond can practice swimming in the lake and fishing.
