This recently remodeled, luxury and spacious single-level home, located on the 10th fairway of the Heron Point Golf Course, is an easy 1/2 mile walk to Harbour Town and a short 2 mile ride to the Beach Club. The home features four bedrooms with private bathrooms. There is a large fully-equipped eat-in kitchen and separate dining room with seating for 10. The living room and family room are separate. The family room has a new 47 inch flat screen smart TV (3D capable and Netflex available with password), DVD player and bluetooth stereo. WIFI Internet is available. The living room offers a cozy sitting area with awesome views of the golf course out back through a wall of windows.
The house has a unique set up with 2 bedrooms on one side of the house and 2 bedrooms located on the other side of the house. If you are traveling with another family, this is the perfect house for you. The kitchen, dining room, living room and family room are located in between each set of 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom suite consists of a king-size bed (bed and mattress new 12/13), large flat screen TV and a private luxury bath. The master bedroom opens up to the backyard deck and has beautiful views of the golf course. The master bedroom is paired with two twin beds down a short hallway. The twin room has brand new mattresses (12/13) and flat screen TV and DVD player and private bathroom. The twin bedroom has great views of the pool area. This area with the master bedroom and the twin beds can completely close off from the rest of the house with a pocket door. This is great for families traveling with small children that may want to go to sleep earlier than the adults. On the other side of the house, the third bedroom has a queen sized bed (new mattress 12/13), new flat screen TV with it's own full bathroom. This bedroom is paired with the fourth bedroom which has 2 full/double beds (all brand new beds and mattresses 12/13), flat screen TV and DVD player with a private bathroom.
This home offer a private heated pool with hot tub (heat for hot tub and pool extra). The pool and deck area were renovated during the 2014 winter. There is a new large deck off back (built winter 2014) with beautiful golf course views. Perfect for your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Curl up with a book in our screened in porch while overlooking the 10th fairway of Heron Point Golf Course. There is a gas fireplace available ($175 + 6% (185.50) charge for fireplace use per week)

I think I told you I took my elderly mother who just had a fabulous time -- I thought she was going to have a heart attack the first time the deer walked by -- it was great for her after being stuck inside for much of our horrible winter here. We love the house--everything was perfect and the whole rental arrangements were extremely professionally handled. My compliments--other rental agencies could take some lessons, believe me.

Our family lives in Cincinnati where we spend most of our time on the sidelines of lacrosse fields. Our 3 very active boys keep us busy which makes it difficult to spend as much time as we would like in Hilton Head. We have two sons attending Ohio State University. Go Bucs!!

We fell in love with this house which is just down the street from another home that we own. We thought it would be a bonus for our family to have the extra space when we all traveled together and especially as our family grows. We also think it will be wonderful for renters to have the option of traveling with other family members or friends and have both houses they can stay in if the space is needed. When we were ready to look for another home, we knew we wanted another home on Stoney Creek Rd.
There are several things that we love about this house. We love the way the back wall of the living room area is all windows and opens up to the backyard with beautiful views of the golf course. It is also great that there are separate living room and family room areas-one where you can watch TV and another where you can sit and talk or just enjoy the beautiful views!
What makes this house truly unique is the layout of the bedrooms. With 2 bedrooms on one side of the house and 2 bedrooms on the other side of the house, with the kitchen and living area in between, this house is perfect for 2 families. Truthfully, most homes in HHI are blessed with beautiful views but few homes accommodate 2 families with as much privacy as this home does.
This home was as great as the pictures and the description demonstrated! We loved that each bedroom had their own full bathroom! We loved the deck that overlooks the golf course! The pool was very nice and the house was immaculately clean. It was very well stocked; we enjoyed cooking a few meals at home. We had two very minor issues (couldn't figure out how to turn on a light in one of the bathrooms and one of the cable boxes wasn't working) when we arrived and called the property management company after hours on Saturday evening. They returned the call on Sunday and had the answers for us then. Great service! The location of the house was wonderful--at the end of the road on a cul de sac. The street was very quiet!
This was our first trip to Hilton Head and will definitely return for a future vacation. The Beach Club was fantastic! We loved biking around the island and was glad we didn't find the ice cream joint in Harbour Town until halfway through our trip or I would've taken my bike there every day for a waffle cone! We dined at several local restaurants but our favorite was the Crazy Crab in Harbourtown.
The property owner, Kathy, was great to work with. She patiently answered all of our questions before we booked and was very responsive to our questions days before our arrival.
I'd definitely recommend this house for a wonderful, relaxing vacation!
Our group stayed here last August (2015) and WOW! We cannot say enough nice things about this house. It is the perfect vacation home and everything was superb from start to finish. Beautiful interior - clean and all the amenities you could want! Kathy is such a delight to work with and very responsive! We went as 3 couples (total of 6 adults) and we all had plenty of space and privacy. I would say the highlights were the huge deck overlooking the golf course, the pool and the screened in porch - what a treat! We would come back from the beach and just melt into the pool to cool off and it was fantastic! The location cannot be beat either as it is within walking distance to Harbour Town and a short drive to the Beach Club. Look no further for a wonderful vacation home! Our group of friends have been vacationing together for years now and this was our favorite home by far in Hilton Head! We look forward to renting this property again soon!!
We just got back from staying at this beautiful home! I must say I am pretty picky when it comes to choosing a house, but I am thrilled to say this was a great choice! The house is very spacious, nicely decorated, and most importantly clean! Kathy is wonderful to work with and extremely responsive. The kids loved all the games Kathy provided, but I think their favorite would be the chess set. The house is also in Sea Pines and basically near everything. The beach, restaurants and shopping were all just minutes away. We really couldn't have picked a better house in a better location. Our family made many special memories this trip and hope to return again in the future. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home with our family!!

This is an awesome pad!! We loved being at the end of the road, having a pool and over looking the 10th hole. Hopefully we can rent this again next year. Kathy was great to work with.

Pool and hot tub heat are not included in rates. Pool heat is $400 per week ($80/night) and hot tub heat is $250 per week ($50/night) +6% tax. They may be heated separately or together.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be in writing. For cancellations made prior to 91 days of arrival, there will be a cancellation fee of 4% of the full contracted amount. Cancellations made between 90 days and 31 days of arrival will result in a *forfeiture of the 40% deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will result in a *forfeiture of full contracted amount. Cancellation Insurance is available for an additional fee. (This insurance is available only to guests who reside in the U.S. and Canada. Third party reservations are also not eligible.) No refunds will be given for early check-outs or no-shows. (*unless time period is able to be re-rented equal to the same amount of the contract)
