Out of the congestion of 'condo row,' but close and much more convenient to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. This is a very deluxe family oriented resort. We are just steps from beautiful Myrtle Beach.
Unlike some other resorts - Parking is never a problem at Seawatch.

Paul and I purchased our condo at Seawatch because we knew the grandchildren would love coming here. Seawatch is convenient to everything and provides an incredible amount of activities on site. A resort built around a central lagoon.
Leslie Hawkes purchased this condo in 2004
Seawatch is a destination within a destination (Myrtle Beach). At other places you rent a place to sleep, at Seawatch you rent a resort. A great place to bring your family for a truly memorable time.
This is the condo where you want to stay at SeaWatch. The owners take great pride in their condo and are only a phone call or email away. I have lost count of the number of times we have stayed here but Leslie often says we are here more often than she is.
We had a wedding so we were unable to enjoy the condo last September but since our visit last spring they have added ceiling fans to both bedrooms. Both bedrooms also have new furniture but the website photos have not yet been updated. The flat screen tv’s in both bedrooms are now mounted on the wall so no worries about the little ones pulling them over.
The weather was perfect and the day we arrived I saw three dolphins jumping through the water. What a sight! I always bring my binoculars to try and find them but the last few years they have been evasive so it was an absolute delight when I sat on the balcony and watched them at play.
There has always been a library full of books, dvds and an xbox and games in the condo for the enjoyment of their guests and I think other guests are adding paperbacks to the library. So no worries if you forgot a book as there are so many to enjoy in the condo.
This unit has private WiFi right in the condo which makes keeping in touch so much easier. This is a big bonus which is really appreciated as the WiFi at the resort is often hit and miss. Nothing is as aggravating as the internet closing down while you are online so no more worries about that.
Although it was hard to say goodbye after only one week, it was very nice knowing we were already booked to return in September. Leslie, I really think this is our other home!
My family of 6 spent a week in this property. It was so wonderful. I have been to seawatch before; but the personalization that came with this particular space was nearly magical. Leslie was amazing to work with and answered every single question I had. The room, ammenities and overall ambiance was perfect. The room was complete with board games and so many personalized things that we didn't have a moment of boredom; even with two days of rain. I look forward to working with the Hawkes again in the future. Thanks for an amazing destination!
If you are lucky enough to rent this condo, it will become your home away from home. We have stayed in this condo 7 different times and it really feels like our own. The kitchen is filled with every imaginable cooking and serving dish as well as all the kitchen gadgets and appliances you need. But who needs to cook with all the restaurants close by! I always think the pictures don’t do it justice as the condo is absolutely beautiful. As soon as we walk in through the door, we feel like we are coming home. It’s always nice to know that Leslie is an email or phone call away should you need her for anything and she is always a pleasure to deal with. You can’t beat the location of this 5th floor South Tower condo as you can keep an eye on the young ones in the pool and watch the waves crash upon the beach.
The weather did not cooperate during our week as it was unseasonably cold but we were so fortunate to be in this condo as there are books and dvds as well as an xbox right in the condo should you wish to partake. Shopping and restaurants are very close at hand and of course one of the many, many golf courses in the area is just down the street. With the cool weather, the beach was almost empty on numerous days but with lawn chairs and sweatshirts we were able to sit by the water and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean or had we chosen, we could have enjoyed one of the many, many loungers by the numerous heated pools at the resort.
This condo sleeps 8 so lots of room for everyone and with three flat screen tv’s and dvd's in each room, everyone has a choice. We have a family wedding in October so we won’t be able to return this fall but plan to be back in 2016 to enjoy ‘our’ condo. Thanks once again Leslie and Paul for allowing us to rent your condo.
We spent a week at Sea Watch in March, our first time there. We were extremely pleased with the accommodations. When we arrived everything was exactly as portrayed on the website. Very clean, comfortable and lots of unexpected extras. Great location for the beach, shelling, restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed the pools and hot tubs. We had a couple of rainy evenings, so the movies provided in the unit were great. We'll be back!

This was my 3rd or 4th stay at this condo..I give it 5 stars from the owners down to the accommodations, plus the weather we had the week we were there..there is not one little thing I could complain about...the only bad thing about it was LEAVING...so until next time I will cherish the memories and thank the Hawkes Family for renting to me and my friends.
This is the best condo at the SeaWatch Resort. The owners, Leslie and Paul are wonderful. Leslie is prompt to reply to any inquiry and filled with information you might need about the resort and the surrounding areas.
I’m sure many places where you rent time and time again are not up to the standards that you might expect year after year but these owners take great pride in their condo. It is spotless with each visit. There are lots of towels and every kitchen appliance you might need is available in the very well-stocked kitchen.
Each time we visit, we always find something new in the unit and over the years it has been three flat screen TV’s, updated furniture in the living room, new books and DVD’s that they have right in their own condo for the convenience of their guests. In the spring it was a new keurig coffee maker in addition to the regular coffee maker. This fall we found wifi specific to this condo was available for their own guests. You might not think that is very important as free wifi is available at the resort but with so many guests trying to use it at the same time, availability is often very difficult. This is will not occur if you are staying in this condo.
I love to sit on the balcony watching the sunrise in the early morning and have been lucky enough over the years to catch the dolphins jumping through the waves. From the balcony, you can watch the ocean waves crash upon the surf and watch the fishermen casting their lines from the beach. It’s so easy to watch the ocean as well as keep an eye on family members in the pools or hot tubs.
The condo is within two minutes to the Tanger Outlet Mall and it is so close to Restaurant Row that you will have trouble deciding where to eat. Of course if you prefer to eat in, Walmart and Kroeger’s are just down the road and you can quickly fill the fridge.
We keep telling Leslie that this is ‘our’ second home as I think we get to enjoy more than they do. When we arrive I always send her an email to advise her that we have arrived at ‘our’ second home. Basically I think the car drives itself from Canada as we have made the trip to this condo six times but it is well worth the sixteen hour car ride when we know what to expect. Nothing says Welcome Home like this 5th floor condo!
