About the property

Very nice 2 room apartment with sea views over the bay of Agay, the Esterel mountains and the semaphore Dramont.

In a small building of 6 apartments on the top and in the middle or on the 2nd floor of the sea side, but with only one floor up from the mountain side, this apartment of 2 rooms, area: 36. 00 m2 + 15. 00 m2 of covered terrace, very comfortable for 4 people.

Outside parking in the immediate vicinity of the building. This car park is closed by a barrier that only the owners or tenants of the Bastides can operate with a remote control supplied with the keys.

Composition:

Large living room (with 2 sofa beds + 1 pull-out bed), spacious dining room with flat screen TV on the wall, micro Hi-Fi system with CD player.

Bedroom with 2 single beds.

Bathroom with separate toilet

Kitchen with breakfast bar: ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave - grill, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, dishwasher. All fully equipped with all the necessities as well as hygiene kitchen products.

Equipment of the terrace: 1 umbrella, 2 deck chairs, 1 large table, 4 chairs and 2 relax chairs.

For health reasons, the whole machine, including: kitchen, bath, bedding, will be brought by the tenant. On site there against by pillows (60 x 60 cm) and blankets.

The cleaning of the apartment will be performed by the tenant (there is a vacuum cleaner in the apartment)

Because of this latter requirement, hours of arrival and departure are fixed as follows:

Check in: from 2:00 p.m.

Departure: 12:00

A check of the condition of the apartment will be made between two tenants.

The apartment is rented weekly, from Saturday to Saturday.

Appartement spacieux, vue magnifique sur mer

Location pour 5 personnes 2 adultes et 3 jeunes de 17 ans). Appartement 2 pièces spacieux et très bien équipé, immense terrasse, vue superbe sur la mer. Appartement situé en hauteur, calme, propre,très proche de la réception du centre Pierre et Vacances (7' à pied), et bénéficions de toutes les activités de ce centre de vacances. Le propriétaire est disponible et très serviable.
