Are you tired of overly crowded beaches and want to pamper yourself with the luxury and elegance you deserve? Look no further! Grandview East is a low density condo, that gives you an intimate (closer to beach than any other condo) beach front setting on the white sugary sands, of Long Beach at Panama City Beach. We are centrally located and convenient to restaurants, theater, shopping, amusement parks, and yes! Walmart is close.

We have professionally decorated our vacation home, in a Tommy Bahama style look. It has all the upscale amenities one could dream of! Among these are TV's and DVD's in every room. The living has room as a 39' HD Flat screen (HD cable package) with a Blu Ray player that streams Netflix (at not cost). In addition we have 10' ceilings, granite counter tops throughout, stainless steel appliances, gourmet style kitchen, tile floors, salon bath with Jacuzzi tub for 2. The master bedroom has access to the balcony with breathtaking views of the ocean from bed. Separate laundry room with w/d. Fabulous views of beach and ocean from kitchen and great room. We just completed renovations (12/2012) adding vinyl wood floors in all bedrooms, mosaic back splash, and custom tile under bar.

About Paul Wynne

Paul and Anne have 20 years experience owning and renting condos in the Destin and Panama City area. During this time we have had nothing but customer satisfaction which has resulted in repeat business and an extremely high occupancy ratio. We have made a great team with Anne, who works in the travel industry, having a flare for decorating and Paul, a retired banker, having the business skills to handle the day to day operation. Our mission statement is 'to offer well treated guests a luxuriously decorated and well maintained beach front property at an reasonable price'.

Why Paul Wynne chose Panama City Beach

We have always enjoyed the white sandy beaches at Panama City and choice this condo at Grandview East because of the size and amenities that were offered. We wanted a beach front property that was low density, without a crowed beach, and conveniently located to shopping and restaurants.

What makes this condo unique

We purchased this property before construction and chose the 14th floor because of the 10' ceilings and magnificent view from the living area and master bedroom. We were able to choice tile, cabinets, and granite and decorate to our taste and enjoyment. We have thoroughly enjoyed it and will share it with those who appreciate it.

The futon in the third bedroom is a couch during the day and can be used as a retreat to read, watch TV, or for the kids to play video games. All bedrooms have TVs and VCR.

Been going to PCB for years. Enjoyed my stay at this fantastic 3 bedroom in a great building with good parking and fantastic beach front. Would definitely stay again. Owners were very professional and care that their clients are thrilled.

Great property better than pictures online.

After seeing pictures online we expected it to be furnished as in pics. (They should be updated, because I feel they don't do it justice. ) our favorite condo after 7 visits to PCB at dufferent properties. Great view, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed plus more. We did have a problem with the coffee maker but working, however when we notified Paul he had the housekeeper bring a new one right away. Very comfortable set up for our family, loved the large master bath! I feel it is a property that is maintained well and has a great housekeeper too. We brought our 2 youngest children 23 and 19 yr old girls. They loved it especially big guest bath they shared and they were not ready to leave! This was the first time we all unanimously agreed this is where we want to stay when we come to PCB. Thanks to Anne and Paul for sharing their wonderful vacation home with us!

Great family vacation

This condo was wonderful. Paul is great to work with and promptly answers all questions. Condo is clean, nicely decorated and has a great balcony! Kitchen was well stocked and made cooking easy. Will definitely come here again!
