This beautiful furnished condo has been BEAUTIFULLY
FURNISHED. The living room features a BIG SCREEN television
with cable, DVD player and internet access (but you have to provide your own computer), and comfortable leather furniture--along with a small (but very nice) TV set in the bedroom as well. The bedroom features a queen-size bed, and bedroom set.
The screened lanai (with sliding doors to the condo) is the perfect place for you to relax, and there is also a washer/dryer unit in the condo.
This condominium complex (Davis Woods), offers a swimming pool, a tennis court and shuffleboard. Designated parking is next to the condo. There are also plenty of exciting activities nearby--including golf courses throughout the area - like the
GREAT SHELL POINT 18-hole golf course just right across the street. Close by are great beaches, including BUNCHE BEACH! Fishing, canoeing, water-skiing and other outdoor sports can be found in the immediate area, along with GREAT arts/cultural
venues throughout the area.
There’s an outlet mall down the street on McGregor Boulevard that’s PERFECT for shoppers, and great restaurants throughout
the surrounding areas! If you want groceries, there’s a Publix supermarket nearby on Summerlin Road about 1 mile away. You won’t get bored anytime soon!

Renter Pays, in addition to the monthly rent, a monthly $160 internet/cable TV fee, and a one-time $95 Cleaning Fee. 6% Florida State Sales Tax and 5% Lee County Tourism and Development Tax added on to the final balance and the rent/internet/cleaning fee.

Deposits are normally returned if notice of cancellation is received by me in writing or e-mail 90 days before your scheduled arrival date. If I receive notice in less than 90 days before your scheduled arrival, then the deposit will only be refunded if I am able to re-rent the condo for the full term of your reservation at the same rate. If I receive notice in less than 60 days, then the rental fee will be forfeited unless I can rent the condo for the full amount of your reservation at the same rate.
There is also a $50.00 administration fee for all cancellations.
No pets or smoking allowed. Please also note that the only sleeping facility is the bedroom’s queen-size bed. The condo’s couches do not accommodate sleepers, and I do not provide extra accommodations for overnight or extended stay visitors. It is mainly designed for singles and couples; families with children might find that this condo is a little too small to accommodate such a large group of people.
Tenants are subject to swift removal from the condo at any time if they are caught violating the laws of Lee County, the State of Florida, or the Davis Woods complex. They are also subject to swift removal from the condo at any time if they consistently interfere with the peace and quiet of other tenants at the Davis Woods complex. Use common sense and common decency and you will be fine.
If the tenant or tenants do not depart the condo by the specific date and time as stated in the rental agreement, then appropriate legal steps will be taken to have the tenant or tenants removed from the condo.
I can also offer you information about both travelers' insurance and renters' insurance, if you are interested. These types of insurance can help if an emergency comes up and you must end your stay sooner than you expected. In addition, if an unexpected matter arises and you have to relocate to another residence, please note that I am NOT responsible for the costs of your relocation. I am also not responsible for any of your items that get lost, damaged or stolen during your stay in my condo.

We stayed in this condo for three months, although it is a one bedroom, we had adequate space and storage. Nick, the landlord, was great to deal with, in addition, he left instructions for all devices and appliances which we found to be very helpful. We enjoyed the place, the people residing there, and the grounds which are meticulously maintained. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. We highly recommend this condo.
Nick provided a very clean, comfortable condo. Condo is equipped with everything you need. He was available at a moments notice if you had a question.
We look forward to our return visit next year.
Very light and bright with attractive furnishings. Close to the beach, shopping and the causeway to Sanibel Island. I stayed for two months and would have stayed longer if I could have.
I stayed in this condo twice in the last year! I found the owner to be very accommodating and very responsive to any issue I had. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to family and friends. I found the condo to be extremely neat, clean, bright and even though it was a one bedroom, it had plenty of room for me during my month's stay-loved it. And one of the nicest features is the location-to able to bike over the causeway to Sanibel was wonderful!
My husband and I just spent 3 months in this GREAT condo. It is very neat and clean and so close to so many attractions such as shopping and the beach. Just minutes from Sanibel. We were very lucky in that our landlord lived on property. If we had any questions or concerns, he was more than willing to help us. This is a very welcoming place to stay and we made many good friends during our stay. I woul highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay in the Fort Myers area.
My husband and I stayed here and were more than happy with it! It was very clean and neat and had everything we needed for our full month's stay. We had to cut our visit short due to family issues back home but are looking forward to staying here again in the near future! We would recommend this condo to any couple who is looking for a very pleasant and convenient place to spend a month or longer. It is close to everything we wanted to do (Sanibel Island, Naples, dolphin watching, manatee watching, etc.) We can't wait to go back!
