Beautiful and quiet
It is a beautiful property in a very quiet bay with a perfect view of the main lake and sun rises. It is a older rustic lake house as described, which we absolutely loved! We launched our boat out of waterfront and then left it docked next to the boathouse all weekend with no issues. Plenty of room for the dogs to run and play, as well clean water for them to swim and float in the cove. We didn’t plan on cooking at all this weekend, but the house seemed to be well equipped had we chose to. Any questions we had leading up to our stay and while we were there were answered fully and promptly. We will definitely stay again!
Thanks so much for staying with us! We’re glad you enjoyed it !!
We had a great time loved the property and the close proximity to so many things to do. Property is private and just what we wanted. Hope to stay again and stay longer.
Great weekend! Older cabin that could use some upkeep. There was a lot of dust and Cobb webs on the bookshelves. The lake was beautiful. We enjoyed the getaway.
This place is old, in need of some TLC; however, it was clean and beds and furniture comfortable. It is located on the water in a beautiful little cove and offers privacy. Great for swimming! We have been to this lake many times, and we had a great time during this visit.
Nice weekend away
Nice place to come home to after a day on the lake. We saw a Great Blue Heron in the trees every day, and pairs of bald eagles several times. The furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was nothing wrong with the property that couldn't be solved with a good Swiffer.
The lake cabin was very nice with amazing views of lake Guntersville
