About this property

This is a designer house, overlooking a private garden of 500m2 completely enclosed, trees and flowers, all on an island classified and protected by 145 million years of existence (this is the oldest island of the West Indies)
There are 3 bedrooms of 15 m2 with bed 2 places and cupboards

The living room is about 120 m2 with 4 windows overlooking the countryside and the sea, and 3 windows overlooking the garden

We had a wonderful time. Restful and quiet, beach and sun… just what we needed

Great location. Simple and cosy. Great deco. We loved the visit of the cats and feeding them :) ocean was beautiful , the beach was quiet.

Beautifully decorated large home set in a garden.

This was a very beautiful open air home set in a private garden. The decor was done in all primary and secondary colors in a very eclectic style which we loved. All of the walls in the large central space opened up so you felt as if though you were outside. The beds all had mosquito nets which made for a bug free sleep. It was very nice to sit in the yard at the end of the day to relax. Unfortunately on our stay there was no water other than from a cistern accessible by hose at the back of the house so we had to hand carry any water need within the house to flush the toilet, wash dishes, or clean. The only source of a shower was the hose from the cistern which was cold water only. The lack of water made cleaning difficult . The kitchen was equipped well but everything was dirty and had to be washed prior to use. We found it a bit difficult to manage as we don’t speak French and there are very few English speaking residents. We found it necessary to rent a car as the house is located 4 miles from town which proved to be too far to walk. Over all this was a very nice house but the lack of water made it difficult.

Séjour convivial à la Maison bleue

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis à La Des ira de, la grande pièce de vie est conviviale et tees agréable. Malgré une coupure d'eau nous n'avons pas été gênés grâce à la citerne. Je recommande!

Une maison bleue à retenir.

Une très jolie maison, avec une grande liberté et confiance accordée à ses occupants( maison ouverte, bibliothèque et objets déco, du goût, de l'humour...) dans un environnement magnifique.

Maison spacieuse très agréable, idéale pour les familles nombreuses. Plage à 300 m au top !

Nous avons passez 4 jours dans cette jolie maison, même les jours de pluie on ne s'ennuie pas ... belle bibliothèque. L'espace à vivre et très spacieux et bien ventilé très agréable quand on est nombreux. La décoration très personnalisée donne une vrai âme à ce lieu. Les enfants se sont régalés, jardin agréable, douche extérieure, jeux .... Excellent séjour !!!
