Our beautiful townhome is nestled in the woods just one block from downtown Winter Park and three miles from the Winter Park and Mary Jane ski areas. Adjacent to the Vasquez Creek Trail, it’s a short walk along the trail to the shops and restaurants of downtown.

The quiet and bright end unit features all the comforts of home, and more. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and everything you need to prepare even the finest of meals. And the dining room table comfortably seats eight people.

After a fun day on the slopes, relax while watching a movie or show on the big screen TV in the living room or on one of the two sets in the upstairs bedrooms. With over 100 channels and a selection of family-friendly DVD's to choose from, there is something for every one to watch.Or, simply read a book and enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace.

Park in the heated two car garage and your car will sleep well and be ready to go in the morning. The Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Resorts are just a 5 minute drive away. Or leave your car at home and take the Free Express Shuttle Bus, which stops just outside our front door every few minutes.

All linens are in place upon your arrival and there are spares in the closets. There as a full-sized washer and dryer for your use.

After a great day of skiing and winter fun, return 'home' to relax in your private hot tub.

Well equipped condo walking distance from downtown Winter Park.

Very nice condo within walking distance of downtown Winter Park. Lift pick up 100 yards away from front door providing transportation to Winter Park Ski Resort very easy! Condo was very clean and provided all the amenities for our groups annual ski trip. I would highly recommend this place.

Perfect mountain getaway!!

Clean, comfortable and well stocked with all nessesary household essentials. The private hot tub was amazing. Super convenient private shuttle just for Sawmill Station residents. Best snowboard trip in 10 years!!!

Everything was awesome!

The five of us (all adults from mid-30's to upper 60's) stayed in John's condo from March 11 through March 16th and found the condo well suited for our needs. John was accommodating in the few requests we had, (meaning he didn't throw us out on the street when we needed to extend one day). The condo is well located with quick access to things to do and see, with a pretty view of the mountains. Condo was clean and well stocked. We skied, climbed the mountain on snow shoes, warmed up in the spa/sauna, and made more trips to the Safeway than we should have. Also spent an evening at Pepe Osaka's and had more margaritas than we should. John even ordered 17 inches of snow while we were there! Highly recommend this condo and owner!

Only suggestions is that the instructions for the fireplace might include that it is regulated by the thermostat.

Love the mountains and we'll be back.

We just returned from our stay here. The house perfectly suited our extended family. It was as described and close to everything. We highly recommend this property. The owner, John, was easy to work with and helpful. Easy to enjoy Winter Park!
