The tastefully refurbished 3-room flat has a wonderful location

The 53-sq.m flat sleeps four people. It offers an entrance in the 26-sq.m south-facing lounge with an open-plan kitchen (extractor hood, oven, induction cooker, fridge, washing machine, and tumble dryer). There are two bedrooms, of which one is on the mezzanine level, and a shower room with a toilet.

You can find a 100-sq.m private garden.

The advantage of this flat is that it is in the old Vannes historic, pedestrianised district.

The lodging has been renovated in a contemporary style and is a few minutes' walk from the harbour and coastal paths. Vannes Cathedral, Cohue (Vannes' fine art museum), and the prehistoric museum are 2 minutes away.

Comfortable Apartment in Central Vannes

The apartment is located right in the centre of Vannes, with a gated parking space about 10 minutes walk away. It is comfortable and well equipped with excellent kitchen facilities. We enjoyed the sunny garden, but we had problems with intruders (neighbours?) coming into the garden in the middle of the night (and on one occasion throwing tomatoes through the window). The problem was resolved once the owner gave us a key to the garden access door.

The apartment was perfect for two, but living conditions may be a little intimate for four as the toilet and bathroom are en-suite to the downstairs bedroom. The second bedroom, located in the loft space, is a little cramped and got uncomfortably hot on one or two nights.

Overall we had a relaxing time and I would recommend this property to other couples or families. But make sure you get a key to the garden door and watch out for the slightly unhinged neighbour(s)!

Exellent pied à terre en plein centre

Nous avons passé 5 jours de vacances reposants et tout à la fois dynamique en étant au calme et en plein centre du vieux vannes qui est magnifique, à conseiller ! et un appartement fonctionnel, bien équipé et merci pour la gentillesse du propriétaire et son fils (bonnes adresses) nous y reviendrons nous ressourcer.

Une très agréable maisonnette au coeur de Vannes. On a particulièrement apprécié l'accueil souriant, la localisation et le charme des lieux. Et bien sûr la splendeur du Golfe du Morbihan, qui est à deux pas.
