|Minimum Stay||4 - 7 nights|
BLISS is situated on the premier hillside of St. Lucia’s top residential district, Cap Estate, on the most Northerly point of the island. The area is calm, green and orderly with an accent on privacy.
The house and tropical garden and 40ft infinity edge pool, command stunning panoramic views over the island to the South and the Caribbean Sea to the West. There is a distant view of St Lucia’s national landmark, the famous “Pitons”, a world heritage site.
Built in the plantation style, the house has high ceilings, and large reception and bed rooms. White floor tiles, complemented by white or pastel walls and ceilings accentuate the feeling of space, light and airiness throughout the 5,000 sq.ft building.
5 air-conditioned double bedrooms all open through French doors onto deep covered verandas, shaded from the sun and cooled by the trade breezes. The verandas double as reception areas and in addition there is a large drawing room downstairs, and upstairs a spacious entrance hall with internet /computer etc..
The dining area is an extension of the downstairs veranda and adjoins a big, nicely equipped kitchen.
The whole estate has been upgraded, renovated and redecorated in 2007. The garden offers an interesting variety of tropical flowers, shrubs and trees, both decorative and fruiting. For the safety of non-swimming children, wooden balustrades are available to put in front of the pool. The house is ideally situated for the beaches, golf and tennis clubs, all of which are within 3 minutes drive. Rodney Bay with it shopping mall, restaurants, marina and nightclubs is within 10 minutes by car.

Kris purchased this villa in 2005
We visited St. Lucia and fell in love with the island and decided to have a Caribbean Getaway in St. Lucia
The objective in letting is to keep the house and staff ticking over happily and to cover running costs. We believe that in return our guests will love and care for the house as we do, and we hope that they, their children and grandchildren will come back often.
Your home is lovely and created a wonderful nest for us to explore the island and recharge our batteries. The pool, large living area, chefs’ kitchen and comfy bedrooms made our too short stay here so wonderful!
A very big house for 4 of us, but we managed to spread ourselves out very much. The pool is fantastic. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here with good friends.
Thank you so much for making your lovely home available to us.
We had a wonderful week at this beautiful villa. The pictures are very accurate and the entire place was comfortable and well appointed. It was a perfect setting for our multi-generational relaxing vacation with some older folks and young adults. I highly recommend having Kris arrange a chef for at least your first night of arrival. Well worth it after the long drive from the airport.
Pool is great for a day of relaxing. Short drive to Pigeon Island and other small beaches. A slightly longer drive to get into Gros Islet for groceries. A car is really a must.
Beds were great - A/C in bedrooms worked great - note that only the bedrooms have A/C. The main areas have an open floor plan that literally open up to the pool area, which can be closed up at night but there is no A/C in the living room area.
I highly recommend the Bliss at Cap for some relaxing bliss in St Lucia
Our family had the best stay at Villa Bliss. We would recommend this villa to anyone wanting a wonderful beautiful place to stay with fabulous views. My wife and I along with our two sons, daughter-in-law, and son's girlfriend were blown away with the friendly staff (Dexter and Celina), Kris (hostess and manager with wonderful recommendations), the infinity pool, bedrooms, gardens, sitting areas around the pool, kitchen, and the beauty of the villa. The breeze was wonderful for our meals as we sat around the pool enjoying the family fellowship.
Recommend taking the catamaran tour that Kris set us up with. Recommend visiting Pigeon Island fort (beautiful view) and eating at Jambe de Bois. Recommend the hike on foot or horseback near Donkey's Ditch. Recommend the St. Lucia Rum Distillery and tastings visit. We rented an AVP for the six of us all week. East highway is much safer roads than tight hairpins on West highway. People are very friendly everywhere we went. Plenty of great food, beautiful views, relaxation, and letting it all go!! If you want a wonderful place to stay, Villa Bliss is the place in St. Lucia.
I stayed at this wonderful Villa in March 2016 and could not have been happier - the location is near Rodney Bay, not in the actual resort but in Cap Estate, Gros Islet therefore it couldn't have been more perfect especially for interested golfers to have a few rounds - the only 18 hole course is max 5 mins away.
The house is exquisitely comfortable with very attentive staff and everything that one could possibly need - but it has also been designed to be utterly relaxing with wonderous views - especially at sunset after which the enchanting lights in the middle and far distance make for romantic evenings on various terraces a daily experience. I loved the atmosphere and enchantment. All the practical things too such as hooks behind doors, hairdryers, air con, lots of towels, excellent kitchen and stuff therefor, masses of chairs and loungers - day beds outside on terraces - huge TV if you like that sort of thing on holiday.
Rodney Bay and the Marina are no great distance (a car though is needed) and provided us with everything re the shopping experience as well as some good stalls by the roadside along the way and there are several good
eateries in the Marina and a delightful restaurant on Pigeon Island, on the beach, with great jazz players at night - also open for snacks at lunch.
A couple of good walks straight from the house either up the hill or down to the beach with good bird watching along the way as well as in the garden.
Another good beach restaurant is the Hungry Fisherman or it may be the Naked Fisherman but that's on a small beach also 5 mins away from house 2nd roundabout right then on to the sea.
If you have a large party at the house, try using the b-b-q for toasting the bread in the morning as well as any other b-b-q activities - it was just great to eat all our home meals on the lovely terrace - no flies, and no bugs - the mosquito nets are there in the bedrooms but I found I really didn't need mine provided I was sensible with doors and lights - never a mosquito bother on the terrace though.
A quite unforgettable holiday made more perfect by staying at this lovely Villa - true Bliss.
This lovely villa has views over the sea all the way to the Pitons in the far distance. Situated very near to Rodney Bay and the Cap Estate Golf course on the Northern part of the island you couldn't be in a better position for most things. Sitting on the terrace beside the pool watching the sun go down over the sea was one of our favourite moments of the day.
The bedrooms were extremely comfortable with AC and comfy, roomy beds; the sitting rooms were large and airy. We especially liked the out door dining area overlooking the pool. The kitchen was well kitted out for seasoned cooks and we especially liked having Celina to do the housekeeping, which she did beautifully.
The stunning pool was most welcome at all times of the day and surrounded by a beautiful garden tended by Dexter. The tropical flowers encourage lots of birds so take your binoculars with you!
We found getting around the island by car from here very easy and stress-free. They do have 'rush-hour' around Castries which is best avoided but we notice that everybody kindly gives way to each other. In fact the locals were a joy and always willing to chat. We had a lovely time buying food in the markets and supermarkets are plentiful and close by. High pressure salesmen do not exist.
We went to a Friday night 'Jump up' at Gros Islet and stayed very happily for an hour of listening to Bob Marley and drinking beer. We drove happily around the island to Marigot Bay, Soufriere & Rainbow Forest Zip lining from here with no problems. We especially loved the restaurant on Pigeon Bay and those around Rodney Bay Marina.
This house is so comfortable and perfectly situated with the most stunning views that we shall never forget our wonderful holiday at Bliss.
We could not have asked for a more wonderful vacation than our stay at Bliss. After a very long travel day, we were met by Kris the property manager and she made us feel very welcome. The villa has spectacular views that took your breath away. Each room and its bathroom were beautiful and very serenely decorated. The kitchen had everything a person could want for cooking and grilling and plenty of space to entertain. The outdoor space was absolutely wonderful with several places a large group could find for privacy and enjoyment. The pool, especially at sunset with it's view of Rodney Bay, was spectacular. Everyone involved from Kris to Celina our housekeeper to our drivers George, Barbara and Thomas made the experience absolutely magical. We wanted for nothing and our happiness was uppermost on everyone's mind. Our time at Bliss will never be forgotten. It was the best birthday anyone could ever ask for; it was truly over the top from the amenities to the staff to the beautiful island and its views. We could not have asked for anything more!
Are you looking to organize a perfect and stress-free wedding in Caribbean? St. Lucia and Villa Bliss are your top choices! We hosted a wedding for 30 people in April and it was truly a dream! Our guests stayed in 2 villas: Bliss and Capri. Kris- Villa Manager was extremely helpful with making all pre-wedding arrangements, gave us lots of helpful tips and advice and made sure we have everything set up before the day of our arrival. We arrived to the island 2 days before the ceremony, finalized all the details and were able to enjoy beautiful beaches in St. Lucia. Our wedding day was simply perfect- started with the wedding ceremony at the Pigeon Beach, followed by sunset sail and wedding reception at Jacque’s restaurant. We could not have dreamt about better way to celebrate our marriage.
Villa Bliss is a real gem- the infinity pool and the views are beyond fantastic- both during the day and the night. It is such an amazing setting to unwind. The rooms are spacious and spotless clean. I recommend having a car to go to restaurants or to the beach (it is only a few min drive or 15-20 min walk). We didn’t mind the distance from the beach at all, as the location of the villa on the hill make it a very unique experience.
There is no cook on the property, so you have to either buy your own groceries or ask Kris if you don’t want to be bothered with shopping. They will help you with everything, just to make sure your stay is stress-free and relaxing.
Our 6 days in St. Lucia and Villa Bliss were like a dream and it could not happen without Kris (Villa Manager) help. We truly recommend St. Lucia and Villa Bliss for friends/family gatherings or wedding destination. Much better and intimate option than any of the hotels!
