About the property

July-August, Saturday checkin/checkouts are accepted only. This urbanization is strict on noise and any loud parties are strictly forbidden.

South oriented elegant two bedroom apartment (137m2) with sea views, at just 250 meters from the beach in Costalita private urbanization with splendid gardens, artificial river and large pool.

~ Inside

The apartment has a spacious living room with dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely terrace.

The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and coffee table placed in front of a flat screen TV. On the other side of the living room, a dining area is arranged with a dining table for 6.

Master bedroom is fitted with a double bed, has large wardrobes and fully equipped ensuite bathroom with bathtub. Guest bedroom has two single beds, spacious wardrobes and a bathroom with shower next door.

The kitchen has all appliances for a comfortable stay: oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, vitro ceramic, toaster, cutlery.

The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in a separate utility room next to the kitchen.

From the living room you can exit on a lovely terrace (12m2) furnished with a 6 seater dining table from where you can enjoy beautiful sea views.

~ Neighborhood

Costalita is a beautiful beach complex, with amazing gardens, fountains, 7 designer made swimming pools with different shapes, Beach club, Country club, paddle and tennis courts. Costalita is made of 7 different phases all connected through a path that leads you directly to the beach. The apartment is located in phase 6, at 3rd level in a 4 floor building with elevators. In the middle of this phase you have a dog-shaped pool surrounded by garden, sunlounges and umbrellas.

~ Beach

The beach Playa El Saladillo, is at just 250m from the apartment. The beach is wide and clean, composed by a mixture of sand and pebbles. The entrance in the sea is smooth, with no rocks. Even during the busy summer season, this beach is not very crowded. Just as you exit on the beach, you have Vila Padierna beach bar and other chiringuitos where you can enjoy typical Spanish tapas or you can rent sun loungers and umbrellas.

~ Shopping&Restaurants

You have several good restaurants in the area of Costalita, at only 370m, like Pepe's Beach that dates back from 1978, open only during the season, where you can find good local food and lovely atmosphere or La Antigua, open all year long, located on Costalita beach promenade, where you can serve a good meat of fish dish.

Mercadona and SuperSol are very good local supermarkets, located just on the other side of A7, within a 3 minutes drive (580m). Here they sell fresh fish, fresh baked bread, meat, vegetables, etc. Supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but then you find basic provisions in the gas station, at just 280m from apartment. If you need to buy groceries, fresh meat, wines, vegetables, fruits or seasonal produce you find Aldi supermarket at 2.5 km from the apartment.

The nearest shopping area is at 5km from the apartment, Diana Center. Here you can find small local shops, bakery, butchery, vegetable shop, pharmacy, restaurants and bars. Every Saturday morning a small market takes place with clothes, accessories, flowers and a vegetable&fruit stand.

In 10km you have El Corte Ingles in Puerto Banus, one of the biggest department stores in the area and in a 18km drive from Costalita, you have one of the biggest shopping mall in Costa del Sol, La Canada. Here you'll find everything you need, from food to clothing or electro-domestic stores.

~ Activities

There are lots of things for you to do and not having to go too far from Costalita urbanization. If you are a tennis player, Villa Padierna Country & Racquet Club is right next to Costalita, 100m from the apartment. Here they have 8 paddle tennis courts, 2 tennis courts, grill restaurant and play area for kids. In three minutes drive from the apartment you have another tennis club, Club de Tenis Bel-Air. If you love golf, in 1.4km you have 3 renowned golf courses, El Paraiso, Atalaya Golf&Country Club and Guadalmina Club de Golf.

Marbella city center and old town are a must see and you reach Marbella center in just 18 minutes drive.

Puerto Banus is the main attraction on Costa del Sol, known as the pole of luxury and parties. In 10 minutes drive you'll reach one of the most famous harbors on Costa del Sol. It has berths for 915 boats, including those of the King of Saudi Arabia and several of the world's wealthiest people. Its streets are lined with expensive luxury boutiques like Christian Dior, Gucci, Bvlgari, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, and others.
