3 bedroom family home on the water
About Adriana Pfaff
A Texas transplant discovered her peace on the Chesapeake Bay. Currently living in Pennsylvania
Adriana Pfaff purchased this House in 2008
Why Adriana Pfaff chose Earleville
It's quiet, peaceful and relaxing. This is my escape! We bought a broken down house and transformed it into a retreat.
What makes this House unique
Enjoy the porch furniture while you watch the storms move across the Chesapeake Bay. The wind will pick up quickly and it is usually a brilliant light show. Watch the ocean ships cross in front of the house in the shipping channel that connects the Atlantic Ocean through the C&D Canal with the ports of Wilmington, DE and Philadelphia. Search the heavens for bright stars because there is very little light pollution on the water. Enjoy the distant light from the Turkey Point Lighthouse which was built in 1853 and unofficially marks the northern most tip of the Chesapeake Bay

this property was amazing it was in a rural area but not too far from "civilization ". community was awesome. people were so friendly. oh and The best deck to watch the amazing river views and breathtaking sunsets. Home was great very well appointed. Owner was great to work with. Highly recommend.
Can't wait to come back
Amazing views and comfort
Stayed here over a long weekend to attend a graduation and this house offered the best location and amenities. It was so much more comfortable to stay here rather than all 4 of us at a hotel. We were near our niece and nephew who graduated so it was super convenient to pop in and visit them. We thoroughly enjoyed the view and were blessed with one of the most colorful sunsets I have ever seen as well as eagles flying from their nest near by.
The property manager was quick to respond to our needs and it is obvious that the house is cherished. The only disappointment was that it was not yet possible to venture out in a kayak from the backyard.
All in all it was a wonderful time spent at this lovely house in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood.
Relaxing location, cozy home. The owner is very thorough and helpful!
This was a girls weekend and from the moment we walked in we were amazed by the house and the view of the bay. We saw the nesting eagle and a hummingbird while enjoy the porch. The house was clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again
Thank you! I look forward to hosting you again.
The bay view from this property is simply amazing!! Water views from every window in the back of the home!! The sunsets were beautiful each night! The home has a lovely covered deck, flat spacious back yard, and water access.
We chose this location for an Easter get away weekend with our teenage sons and Boston terrier. All enjoyed the peace and serenity of the home and surrounding neighborhood.
The home owner left a nice welcome basket for us as well as a fresh floral arrangement to enjoy during our stay. The home was very clean and well taken care of.
We cannot wait to return for another stay!!
There is only 1 parking spot at the house. Additional parking is available around the corner on Midway Drive (vacant lot on left)
