A beautiful secluded setting with a sweeping view. Vika and Mike have made it a very comfortable but still rustic vacation spot. People who want to sit by a pool and be pampered should probably look elsewhere but the seasoned and adventurous travelers wont be disappointed. We loved the outdoor kitchen, the crazy long and steep jungle driveway/treetunnel and the way you could feel the jungle come alive (birds geckos millepeeds praying mantis etc). Vika and Mike were very nice and we even had a fresh fruit basket and a bag of the coffee, both grown on site, waiting for us. Mahalo to M&V and check it out!
We were there for the second time and we loved it as much as the first time.
The outdoor kitchen, the great coffee and fruits, the birds' songs, the funny geckos... We love that place and hope to come back for a third time!
We really enjoyed our stay at the lovely cottage. It is obvious that mike and vike put a lot of love in this place. The kitchen is lovely with a fantastic view and gives you a whole new experience of cooking. It is very good provided, so you wont miss anything.
We highly recommend this place

Spend ten days here..and really didn't want to leave again..
The place is really nice and so are the owners! The view from the kitchen area looking down over the plantation to Kealakelua Bay is simply amaizing! The perfect place to relax.
And if you are into snorkeling the location could not be any better with Two Step and Captain Cook Monument just a relatively short drive down the hill (plus a long tough hike if you plan on walking to Capt. Cook - but so worth it!).
We will definately be back next time we visit Big Island!
We stayed with our children in early June- absolutely loved the location and the rooms. Got fruit and eggs when we arrived. Loved the views and the peace of the surroundings. Highly recommended.
We loved our time staying at the Hawaiin Kine Villas! This was the perfect place for two couples. There are two cottages with a separate outdoor kitchen in the middle. The cottages and kitchen all have fantastic views of the ocean.
Mike & Viktoriya were great hosts. We enjoyed their farm fresh eggs and fabulous coffee. The coffee was the best we had on the Big Island! They also gave us tips on finding a nice snorkeling spot, the nearest grocery store and nearby restaurants. They put a lot of care into maintaining the property and making the cottages comfortable.
The road down to the property is steep, but after the first time going up and down we got used to being on a hill. Hence, the view!
We also liked the location. The place is about 20 minutes from Kona and 10 minutes to Two Step Beach. We took day trips to South Point, Green Sand Beach, beaches up north and Mauna Kea. Yes, we drove all the way to the top!
It's a great hidden, private get-away. Thank you Mike & Viktoriya!
Evey morning you can see Spinner Dolphins at the Bay, if you get up early and go Kayaking, you may see them really close! Tour of our coffee farm and gardens.
