Stay in this Cozy house located in the popular Hight Point Terrace neighborhood. This neighborhood was built in the 1950's and the original grocery store is still in business. Also, a Hight Point Pub and Pizza joint are just a couple of blocks away. This property is about 20 minutes from Beale Street, and Graceland. The popular Midtown and Cooper Young area are 10 to 15 minutes from this property. The property has been completely renovated, has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Unfortunately this property is non-motorcycle friendly due to neighborhood.

Loved it

I grew up in this neighborhood and the area is nice, the house is perfect. Smart Tvs in every bedroom and wifi - what else do you need? Super cute and the owner is awesome and available when needed...even if it's just to turn on the TV.....yes, that happened! :)

Great family time in Mempy

This home was a great choice for our family of five that included 3 young adults. Comfy rooms. Well equipped kitchen that made it easy to make meals. A very comfy living room, too. Quiet cul-de-sac very convenient to lots of places.

Great Place to stay!

We are moving down to the Memphis area and this home made for a great place to stay as we were waiting to close on our house. Only issue, I am tall and the front porch light hangs low... Ouch. Plenty of room for 6 people and Alice makes sure you have everything you need. Great area and relatively close to everything Memphis!
