Magical Paradise

  • 5 of 5

We recently spent our honeymoon at this tranquil, peaceful, beautiful home. We were greeted by Charles and was shown this magical home. We were immediately transformed from the hectic pace of planning a wedding to one of the most peaceful places on earth. The home was beautiful and homey. We didn't want to leave (we wanted to take the bed home!) the details of this home were right on point in every way!

We did take advantage of the special evening of a massage and the most creative and delicious dinner prepared by Charles. We were asked our favorites and did he delivered the best meal of the week. Most watering scallops with caramelized onions, an unbelievable salad you didn't want to touch, it was a 5 star salad from any restaurant, and the freshest haddock we've ever had... And last but not least was the death by chocolate cake..... All we can say....is it was better than our wedding cake and that was wonderful... So if you have a special event coming up in your life.......treat each other to at least a weekend at this little piece of paradise....you will not regret it

We were so comfortable, we didn't even feel the need to head to the beach. We sat on the deck over looking the water, and when we needed to cool off, we just jumped in the hot tub... It was set to a perfect temperature so we could just relax..

Charles had thought of everything to make a stay at his piece of paradise so enjoyable and relaxing....you never want to leave...and as a jewelry designer (man of many talents...cooking and jewelry design and architect ) I never even had to leave the house to do a little shopping.

We would like to thank you, Charles, for a very special week... See you on our anniversary.

Best regards,

Pamela and emile

Great view, clean, comfortable and decore was perfect

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I stayed at this lovely home for a romantic weekend. We had a picnic on the beach at Odiorne State Park up the road and a bottle of wine on the front deck of the home with a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean. This home is beautifully decorated. Charles was very helpful and not intrusive. I will recommend this to anyone wanting a vacation away from all the bussel of Hampton beach but not too far to take a ride to get a bite or two of yummy pizza and fried dough.

We collected seashells and sea glass from the ocean at low tide for a collage of our romantic weekend....

Thank you again Charles for a fantastic stay

Relaxing friends' weekend

  • 5 of 5

My friends and I really enjoyed our weekend away. The views of the ocean across the street are amazing! So much so that we ended up spending more time at the house than expected. Charles met us at the house to show us the basics and checked in via text once during and then before we left. He was very accommodating. Would definitely come back.

Relaxing

  • 5 of 5

The property was exactly as advertised. Beautiful view. Charles was available but not intrusive. My family had a wonderful and very much needed quiet vacation. Nothing was needed except towels for the hot tub, which was grand!!

A great winter getaway

  • 5 of 5

Stayed for a week in February. Enjoyed beautiful ocean views, a relaxing atmosphere, the hot tub, and hanging out in downtown Portsmouth. We saw all kinds of birds, including a snowy owl directly across the street. We also saw a deal hanging out on the rocks.

Notes:
This Ocean-front home is truly a rare find! A beautifully furnished, three-bedroom* house, with panoramic ocean views to the Isles of Shoals. The entire second floor is the master bedroom suite! The home was recently renovated with a large deck over looking the Atlantic Ocean! A 4 person hot tub with views of the ocean was also installed! Tile floors in the bathrooms and new lighting fixtures throughout. Also, new furnishings throughout give the home a designer look. The master bedroom furnishings are all brand new. The king size bed and bedding are the most luxurious and the best that money can buy! Waking up to the sounds and smells of the Atlantic Ocean will be a well-deserved treat.
