Wonderful vacation rental in West Vail for your winter holiday adventure! This fully-furnished condo is within minutes of exciting Vail Village for world-class skiing and shopping adventures. Beaver Creek Ski Resort is about 10 minutes away.

This outstanding multi-level 3-bedroom, 3-bath 2200 Square Foot condo sleeps 8. The master bedroom, with private bath, has a king-bed tv and dvd. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed for two people tv and dvd. Bedroom 3 has two sets of bunk beds (which sleep a total of 4). Those two bedrooms are across the hall from the second bathroom. A third bathroom is on the kitchen/living room level with a full bath. The living room features a 40 inch Sony LCD.

Incredible views of national forest--mountains and woods--from many rooms add to a delightful vacation experience. You can snowshoe right from the condo to an elk migration area within 5 minutes or simply explore the wonderful outdoors. Hiking through piles of snow in the forest is invigorating!

Although the condo is near a bus stop, a car is recommended for convenience. The bus provides free transportation to Vail Village.

Great value

  • 5 of 5

This is by far the best place we have stayed for the money. Parking is a little tight if you have a couple of big trucks like we did but it's ok. Plenty of space for all and a nice kitchen and living area with a nice view. Overall a great place with a great price!

Winter 2017

  • 4 of 5

I visited this property in Feb 2017 with my family of five to ski Vail and Beaver Creek. We really liked the place...it was a five minute drive to Vail Village parking and about 15-20 to Beaver Creek. The unit was well stocked and comfortable, and te pictures reflect the unit well. Other than locking the door being kind of tricky, everything was great. I am comfortable recommending it to others!

Awesome location

  • 5 of 5

The location is great. The hot tub has a great view of lots of trees. The house was nice and bed in master was comfy. Doug was very helpful. The only thing was there weren't toiletries like shampoo.

Privacy galore

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in this condo during Christmas week this year, 2016. The condo is easily accessible, but having a four wheel drive vehicle is probably best. (we did) . Road crews come through often to plow and lay down sand. Although the shuttle pickup stop is just several blocks away, we chose to drive to the mountain each day and park ($25/day). It is only about a 5-7 minute drive to Vail Village, where we started out each day.

The condo itself is exactly as described. The master bedroom is good size, as is the queen bed room. The bunk bed room is a little on the small side, but since most often children will be sleeping in there it is adequate. The kitchen is well equipped, and there are several board games available for guests. Perhaps our favorite part of our stay was using the very private hot tub just outside the door of the condo. Hot tubbing and Advil every day, and we weren't sore at all! (well, not too sore....) Doug is very responsive to any requests you may have, and will accommodate special requests to the best of his ability. All in all the condo was fine for us. We loved the private location and the hot tub. We don't take a ski vacation every year, but if we did we would consider staying here again. On a related note, we can't say enough about the Adaptive Ski School program at Vail mountain, which we utilized for one of our kids. The instructor was amazing, and we would highly recommend this for any families who have a family member with any type of physical or emotional disability.

Nice Property

  • 4 of 5

Spacious town home filled with all of the amenities you need. They even have the bare necessities stocked like spices and cooking oil. Great living spaces make it easy to relax and the bedrooms are adequate. Could use some new bedding and pillows though, but overall we were grateful to have been able to stay here for the New Year.

Good open floor plan

  • 3 of 5

Good (but aging) house for family group. The flights of stairs are a bit annoying. Had a hard time working door locks. But everything worked in well equipped kitchen. Outside was not real conducive to walking but access to West Vail is easy.
