The Brass Rail is one of Tybee's newest luxury gated complexes. Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath second story unit offers a private elevator just steps away from your underground parking places. You will be just 50 yards from the sand on the South End of the island and just steps away from attractions such as the Pier and the Strand with it's shopping and restaurants.
Enjoy a commanding view of the ocean from the living room and from the master bedroom both of which open onto a large private deck overlooking the beach.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops and has plenty of room for lots of cooks-the a bar area seats 3 and is open to the living area. The dining table seats 6.
Gorgeous living room has a sofa and comfy chairs on beautiful bamboo floors. The entertainment center had a large TV and DVD. There is wireless DSL access through out the unit.
You can lie on your king size luxury bed in the master bedroom and view the ocean or watch the TV DVD. Or you can step out onto your private balcony and sun on the chaise lounge. The spacious master bath contains both a shower and tub, his and her vanities, and tons of closet space.
The second bedroom contains a luxury queen mattress and its own TV.
The KID'S RETREAT is the third bedroom which contains both a set of bunk bed and a double bed plus a TV AND VCR. Plenty of room for fun!

The we also own the adjacent unit on this landing, which sleeps 10. The two units are great for large groups, family reunions, etc. You and your family will enjoy the laid-back atmosphere on Tybee with biking and shopping near by and Historical Savannah only 20 minutes away.

Our family of three sisters and one brother discover Tybee in 2003 and fell in love with the island. We bought our property within three hours of ever setting foot on the island! It was love at first sight.

We own this unit and the one next to it so together they are perfect for a large group or family reunion. (There are 15 of us plus assorted friends and pet.) With that many people in our own group, we furnished the units to comfortably accommodate large groups. Two of the sisters are designers, so we are always adding and upgrading- you never know what additions you will find on the next trip.
WOW. We have found the perfect condo on Tybee Island. This condo is at South Beach, near all the restuarants and pier and we also had 2 pools and a hot tub. Altho in Nov, the weather is too cool for the pool, we did enjoy the hot tub on those warm days last week. The condo itself was beautiful. All the furnishing were lovely and everything was very clean. I really loved the beautiful artwork thru out the condo. My husband wanted to take home the mattress in the master bedroom. It was luxurious!!! Nothing was overlooked here. The owner was very hands on and very helpful when we needed a doctor. This condo is the closest one to the ocean at this comples and we had a beautiful view from the wrap-around porch. We have stayed in many condos on Tybee, but this one had it all..... view, great furniture, compy beds, great location, large deck, pools, We have already booked for March 2011.
Absolutely beautiful!! These condos are so spacious and had every amenity needed! Just steps away from the beach, shopping and great food. We really enjoyed the laid back atmosphere of Tybee Island. We'll be going back to "The Brass Rail" often!
