A large luxury 3-bedroom apartment which has been furnished to a high standard. Built in a distinctive architectural style, there is a swimming pool and garden which is for the exclusive use of the apartments.

The property is just a few 100 metres from the award winning and stunningly beautiful beach of Praia Dona Ana and a short distance from the scenic Ponte de Piedade, home of the famous grottoes.

The nearest restaurant is just across the road and a supermarket which sells English products just 400 metres away.

The centre of Lagos is within walking distance where there are numerous bars, restaurants and traditional shops and a little further on you will find Lagos marina, perfect for an evening stroll.

The village of Luz is a 10 min drive and for the keen golfer then Boavista and Palmares golf courses are close by, with Espiche, Parque da Floresta, Penina and Gramacho all within a 20 minute drive.

The apartment is on the first floor and has a private covered terrace, with views to the Ocean, perfect for Al Fresco dining or pre dinner drinks.

The large living room has two sofas, TV, DVD player and a dining area.

The kitchen is separate and well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer and has plenty of cupboard space under granite worktops.

The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite circular shaped bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. There are two further double bedrooms with twin beds. The large main bathroom also has a bath with a shower.

The apartment also has electric shutters on all windows and a secure underground garage with a private reserved space for those of you who wish to hire a car.
