This immaculate and presentable apartment has beautiful wooden oak floors and designer decors throughout. Within the living room area there is a Flat Screen TV provided with Freeview, along with free Wi-Fi access. There are also lifts available providing easy access for both able and disabled individuals to travel, to and from the ground floor with ease. The apartment is a fully furnished kitchen, with a gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, washer/dryer machine, standard cutlery such as plates, knives and folks are provided. Along with a fridge freezer allocated within the dining area of the apartment.

This is a cosmopolitan part of the city, suitable for either professional stay or leisure. The region is a vibrant part of the city, where everything is at easy reach, whether you are looking for retail shops, pubs, bars, restaurants etc, they all should be available within walking distance. The apartment is located within the belly of the city, with the Iconic London Eye, just ten minutes walk away from the apartment. The city also boasts many other Iconic landmarks, such as the houses of Parliament, along with Buckingham Palace just 10 to 15 minutes away if taking the route by underground/subway.
The transportation links are exceptional, with Waterloo Station being situated just a few minutes walking distance (5 minutes) from the apartment. As well as this there is a local bus stop, located just outside the apartment, which will give you easy access into other tourist spots within the city.

We had a great time staying in this apartment. Within walking distance of Waterloo station and easy access to south bank and Borough market. The apartment is well appointed with good kitchen and bathroom fittings and equipment and comfortable beds. This was ideal for our purposes which was a short stay near to family and with enough space to relax in the evening when we were not enjoying local restaurants or pubs.
I had the privilege to stay happily in this lovely apartment with my wife and children. It is a nice place to stay in, close to two underground and train stations; Waterloo and southwark (Waterloo East), near the south bank of the river and London Eye. The management of checking in and out is easy. The owner is very kind and cooperative. The apartment is very clean and decent. The kitchen has all what you need to cook your own meals. If we come back again in the near future, we will not hesitate to stay here again. Best regards and wishes
