Excellent transport links.... we are close to the DART ( urban train) and the AIR COACH stop is just a minute walk away.
Very well presented and furnished this extremely comfortable large apartment comprises : private entrance, hallway, living room with doors to the sunny garden, large bedroom with a double and a single bed,
Fully equipped kitchen , washing machine, full electric cooker and microwave, bathroom with power shower and bath.
We supply quality towels, linens etc, free WIFI, SKY TV, DVD player we hope we have provided everything you need for an enjoyable stay but please do ask if you have a special request.
As there is a small private garden, well behaved pets are welcome.
BY CAR: As we are on Dublin Bay we are within easy drive from either Ferry Port.
There is unrestricted on street parking and our location allows easy access to the M50 .
We are close to the RDS , 3Arena, Grand Canal Theatre, AVIVA Stadium and we are also near St. Vincent's Hospital, and the Blackrock Clinic
We are on a direct bus route to Trinity College and UCD also.
We are private owners with a small portfolio of high class properties in exclusive areas. We aim to provide comfortable accommodation in elegant surroundings , basically where we would wish to stay ourselves!

We have just returned from a second enjoyable stay at Seaview. As others have said it is a very comfortable and quiet apartment in a wonderful location: a close by beach to use with an esplanade walk from which to drink in the views of Dublin Bay.
Nearby is the lively Sandymount village and public transport (bus and Dart station) close at hand, so the charms of the city are easy to reach as is Dublin Airport via the AirCoach.
One doesn't need a car here, but if you have one it is easy enough to find parking close to Seaview.
Added to all this are the unfailing courtesy and helpfulness of the owner, always delivered with unobtrusive charm. We intend to return again.
Smooth and friendly reservation, great location, very nice apartment in perfect state, terrace appreciable and great seaside walks. Also well linked to downtown and airport.
The property is in a great location-an easy walk to the metro, to the village, to bus stop. You could not ask for a better location. There is also a lovely walkway right across the street along Dublin Bay.
The neighborhood is safe, which was important to me as I was a single female traveling alone. Iverna was quite helpful.
Overall, the description of the apartment was accurate and everything was clean on my arrival. Unfortunately, as the flat was on the ground floor, it was a bit musty--hard to avoid in place that is quite rainy. Also, it seemed as though someone had smoked in the flat at some point. As safe was provided in the bedroom, but did not work for me.
However, the wi-fi worked well, there was a washing machine and the kitchen well stocked with plates, glassware, etc. Also the heat worked well.
I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to being on a higher floor next time.

The apt. location was excellent.Close to transportation and the lovely village of Sandymount.We found everything clean and well appointed.
We were given lots of information about restaurants and places to visit.

Wonderful location! Very spacious apartment, tastefully furnished, all modern conveniences , very clean, well-maintained and by all means comfy! The owner provided a customer service that left nothing to ask for. The small town of Sandymount was a very good retreat from the hustle of a European capital (10 mins. by bus) with all its attractions. Truly a "home away from home"!
We spent 2 weeks at the apartment which was great. It is bright, comfortable and clean and contains all the essentials. The location could not be better, a quiet residential area by the sea. Street parking is free and it is approximately a 15 minute drive to the city centre. We found Iverna (the owner) charming, accessible and helpful. We would like to stay there again.
This spacious apartment is ideally situated in Dublin's most sought after area. Walk along the promenade on Strand Road admire the beautiful views across the sea to Howth and Dun laoghaire There is nothing like a refreshing walk on the vast beach after a busy day sightseeing in the city, enjoying the cultural delights or shopping .
Ideally situated on a bus route the stop is adjacent that will take you to the city centre, Trinity College and O'Connell Street Grafton Street etc .Ideal for sightseeing Close to RDS,o2 arena, Lansdowne Road. UCD.
Near DART (urban rail) station and we are on an Aircoach route from Dublin Airport., easy access to M50, Ferry Ports etc.
This Irish Tourist Board inspected and approved apartment has its own private entrance, comfortable sitting room/dining room with doors to its own small secure garden. As this is west facing it is a lovely sunny place to have a barbecue or just sit and enjoy the peace.
