The Californian Spanish style clubhouse is located only a golf cart ride away for an enjoyable lunch or dinner. The property is located near El Paseo shopping, fine restaurants and casinos.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all new appliances, cooking utensils and serving ware and all modern conveniences for home, away from home. It also has a large window pass through to the patio for those nights you are entertaining on the patio or enjoying the gas BBQ. The condo is also equipped with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
The private patio is equipped with a gas barbecue, an umbrella, and patio furniture. This generous private patio is a wonderful place to enjoy a desert sunset, restful views of the wide open golf course or a peaceful, sun-filled afternoon of reading a book. This large patio is South Facing on hole 7 East of the course at the club. It has great winter and spring sun shine exposure.
The sun filled living room with its vaulted ceiling and sky lights brings in fantastic natural light to this designer condo. There are three TVs - living room and two bedrooms, real wood fireplace and a wet bar for your entertaining pleasure when you are not enjoying the views of the ever changing colors of the golf course. The attached dining room easily accommodates 6 people and includes matching full service plates for your more formal dining occasions.
The master bedroom is very large and includes a king-size bed layered with sumptuous linens and pillows for a restful sleep. A quiet fan/lights are installed for the gentle movement of fresh air on the temperate desert nights. The private master bathroom features a large step down shower and large spa like vanity with 2 sinks and plush spa towels.
The second bedroom features a King-size bed with luxurious bedding and is attached to a full bath. This room also features the light/fans. This guest spa feeling bath includes plush towels and a bowed out shower rod to give you more room in the tub/shower.
The third bedroom has a queen bed feature with a brand 32 inch TV.
The condo also comes access and use of the two car garage.
All of the community amenities are just steps away on either side of the condo, including a lovely pool and Jacuzzi. The condo located minutes away from the College of the Desert for weekend outings at the Desert Fair, the Desert's Rodeo Drive 'El Paseo', Westfield Desert Center shopping is right down the road and many fantastic World Class restaurants for dining out all along the HWY 111 and the ever popular 'The River', OR just stay at your vacation desert home and just RELAX!

We are a busy couple and when we come down to the desert we want some piece and quiet. We chose a condo location that was not facing Monterey Blvd - we are on a street with low traffic. We also are in between 2 pools - not too close so that you hear how everyone's day was ... or is as the evening progresses!
We love the proximity of the condo to the College of the Desert for the Fair on the weekends and to the shopping areas like Bristol Farms, Trader Joe's, Westfield Shopping Center - all places we like to get our goodies.

Utilities are included in the monthly rates as well.
The deposit of $500 is due now along with a signed contract. 30 days before Check In date the balance is due for the rental amount and cleaning.
