Why Anita Hotchkiss and Chris Martin chose Great Barrington
We had just seen "On Golden Pond" and were looking for an idyllic location like that. We found it here.
What makes this House unique
We are right on an 80-acre lake with not another house in sight, yet we are just a stone's throw from all the Berkshires has to offer. Wood-burning stove for atmosphere on winter nights.

My family & I really enjoyed the house and our time there!
Stayed for two nights and was absolutely delighted with the property. The house is charming, cozy and well heated for the brisk temp. The view of the water is stunning. The owners were incredibly nice and a pleasure to speak with.
Nice lawn sculptures!
Thank you - we enjoyed the place very much. You had some great directions for the home. opening. closing, etc. and it was perfect for our visit.
Perfect secluded getaway in a unique and totally accommodating setting. Fantastic
Unusual, luxurious house on pond in Berkshires
This three story house has been designed and built in a very solid, creative manner. It looked like the photos and was very clean and nicely decorated, but not cluttered. There is a large deck, screened in porch, enclosed porch area, living area and separate office next to but separate from the master bedroom.
Beautiful landscaping includes a gazebo, flowers rocks and steps down to the pond and dock. The driveway is steep, but made of smooth blacktop and offered no problems.
Although the weather was not too wonderful, my husband and I did have a wonderful short stay. We were looking for a nice place that would be quiet and relaxing and we were not disappointed. The house, the views, everything, were all great. Thank you.
