Apartment Tete Rousse is a fantastic, ski-in ski-out apartment with a swimming pool on the ground floor of the Tete Rousse building in the Haut de Chavants complex.

Just 200m above the Le Prarion ski lift station, the piste starts literally from the end of the garden. You step out of the apartment straight into your skis in the morning, then ski right up to the door on the way back. It doesn't get more ski-in and ski-out that this!

Le Prarion ski lift gives quick and easy access to the summit of Les Houches' ski area, where in winter there is user-friendly skiing of all levels, including the notorious Downhill Skiing World Cup 'Khandahar Run'. Les Houches also remains open even during very heavy snowfall when the rest of the ski stations in the valley close.

In summer the Prarion lift opens up some of the finest walking and running trails in the area and makes a logical start point for climbers looking to summit Mont Blanc via the very popular Goûter Route. It also delivers downhill mountain bikers to Les Houches' custom built MTB trails.

The garden faces east and south and catches the sun from morning till mid-afternoon. Once the sun dips behind the building it sets the Mont Blanc range alight and offers guests a spectacular view of the Europe's highest mountains.

Guests also have use of the Haut de Chavants private swimming pool.

There is free, private underground parking and WiFi throughout the building.

Amazing!

Myself and my family had a wonderful holiday staying in this property. It is perfectly situated for access to Chamonix and surrounding areas with a spectacular view of the mountains. The back door is literally on the piste and the kids and adults spent hours sledging, building snowmen and igloos in the back garden area/piste The property itself is very well equipped for everything needed and perfect for a family, small or large. Communication with Mount Blanc Retreats the property managers was excellent and we were able to access the property a few hours earlier than scheduled. We will definitely want to stay here again next year. Fabulous!

Suited us perfectly

We had a wonderful ski holiday at this property in April. We were able to ski in/out right to the door and sit out and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. With a large family there was plenty of space for everyone and the linen and towels were of good quality. The bathrooms were very clean and spacious, however, shower curtains were the only things we missed, otherwise a perfect holiday home. The garage would have been ideal but we had a roof box on our car and couldn't fit in, however, we never experienced a problem finding a parking space outside the apartment blocks. I'd recommend this properly to others and look forward to staying here again in future.

Perfect place to stay!

What a fun place to stay! Our large family had a great time here. We played in Chamonix and came home and played some more! The pool was a hit and burned off much of the kids' energy. The issue with the wifi not working was dealt with and not really missed. Greatly appreciate this location and price! :)
