Occupying Marbella's finest central beach front location, the Skol complex are all individually privately owned self catering holiday apartments and it enjoys a prime position on the resorts sea front, separated from the long sandy beach by a marble pedestrian promenade fringed with palm trees. The complex is opposite a beautiful park and is just a short walk from the winding, cobbled streets of the old town. Shops, restaurants and supermarkets are all situated in the immediate vicinity. Underground parking spaces available at a small extra charge. We can also now offer exclusive Luxury Spa Breaks to our clients, in conjunction with the newly opened luxurious O2 Wellness Centre, located just a few minutes walk from the Skol Apartments.

Skol apartments, Marbella: Marbella is a picturesque resort with superb all year round climate, lovely beaches and international championship golf courses. There is sophisticated night life, excellent shops and an abundance of restaurants. A short distance from the apartments is the renowned Puerto Banus with its luxury yachts, fashion boutiques, swinging night life and sophisticated casino. Skol apartments are surrounded by beautiful semi tropical gardens with extensive lawns for relaxation and sun bathing. There are 2 large fresh water swimming pools, one with children's shallow area. Please note there is a small charge (currently €2.50 per day) for the use of the sunbeds in the garden and around the swimming pools. There is a 24 hour reception and lifts to all floors.

Spa Breaks @ Skol: We can also now offer exclusive Luxury Spa Breaks to our clients, in conjunction with the newly opened luxurious O2 Wellness Centre, located just a few minutes walk from the Skol Apartments. A room with a view

This was our fourth stay at the Skol. Brilliant location, virtually on the beach within a stone's throw of restaurants and a short walk to the shops and the Old Town. Super pools, clean apartment, comfortable and well-equipped with fabulous views. When we had a problem it was attended to immediately (on a Sunday morning!) While not luxury class, the standard is high and excellent value and the owner is extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

A great apartment in a great location.

The Skol apartments are pretty big and in some places are showing their age but they are in a great location in the heart of Marbella overlooking the beach/sea and Passeo Maritimo.We stayed at the end of October and had a really excellent holiday in a 1 bedroom apartment with views to the west and south. It was very comfortable and very well equipped so we could have lunch or drinks on the balcony as we pleased or wander off to any of the very good local bars or restaurants.

A 10 min stroll via the pedestrianised Passeo Maritimo takes you up to the old town and orange square with its great restaurants,boutiques bars and shops, great for an after dinner stroll (the gardens open out directly on to the pedestrian promenade so strolling around is simple and relaxing and good fun people watching!).

There are local sights plenty of golf and secure parking across the road so it was easy to come and go as we wanted. The Skol complex was clean, well maintained and everything was efficiently organised.The pools all looked good ( tho a bit too cold for us) as did the well kept gardens.

Lynglyn who organised our stay were super efficient and very friendly - so thanks Des for a great holiday, we'll be in touch soon to rebook for next year.

Owner's Response: Many thanks to Tom and Clare for their positive review. They stayed in one of the beachfront corner Skol apartments, overlooking the beach, just a few meters away. This was just one of the 40+ Skol apartments that we are able to offer for rentals. We look forward to welcoming Tom and Claire back in October 2012.

Nice place to stay.

We have stayed for 3 weeks in July with my wife and our 3,5 years old son.

Excellent location, exactly on the sea-side promenade, beautiful municipal park with nice play-ground just near the apartment, big supermarket just in a few steps away, taxi stop just in the opposite of the main entrance. The apartment was a bit shabby, but very comfortable and cosy. A nice, spacious terrace with garden+sea view was a pleasant place to have breakfast of supper.

We want to say THANK YOUR VERY MUCH INDEED to the owners for their kind help, nice service and assistance!

It was our first opportunity to stay in the apartment and we really enjoyed it!

The best price+quality combination.

P.S. Ask for 318 C - it's bigger, than other one-leveled one-bedroom apartments.

The apartment description proved to be accurate with a comfortable and clean place for us to stay. It had a perfect location for our needs.

It was Just a few minutes walk to the beach, with a vast choice of restaurants & bars along the sea front as well as great shops and more restaurants in the Old Town.

Marbella has a great offering for all ages.
