Call your family and friends to “Come Together” at this wonderful beach retreat at 502 Ocean Blvd. Located on one of the best stretches of beach in South Carolina, your family will absolutely love “Come Together”. As you arrive, it will be difficult to keep the entire family from twisting and shouting out to the wide beach and waves. With a little help from your friends, you will be able to build an enormous sand castle or a yellow submarine. Not even the Taxman will be able to stop your family from having fun in the beautiful private pool or your relaxation reading a paperback book in one of the many comfortable loungers. If the crew would like to get out of the sun for a few minutes, they will have a great time playing foosball or ping pong in the garage, where the winner might call himself the Walrus. The evenings can be majestic at 502 Ocean as you enjoy the color of the sky and ocean on one of the multiple oceanfront decks. No matter the day of the week, “Come Together” at 502 Ocean Blvd has fun for everyone.
“Come Together” has a unique and special floor plan. The first level of this home features four bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, access to the oceanfront deck and a wonderful bathroom with a garden tub. There are three other bedrooms on the first level; each is highlighted with a queen bed. There is a second bathroom and a half bath on the first level. The living room, sitting room, kitchen and dining room are located on the second level. This allows amazing oceanfront views from just about everywhere on this floor. The kitchen is spacious with granite countertops. The living room and sitting room are of a very unique design, and are separated by a wraparound fireplace. Both are beautifully decorated, and again offer tremendous views of the ocean. There is an additional bedroom on the second level featuring a queen bed. The kids will all want to stay together on the third level. Three bedrooms located up top feature six twin beds in all and two bathrooms. The crew upstairs will definitely “Come Together”, and have a blast away from the parents down below.
When it is time to leave the house, you will find Sullivan’s Island and Fort Moultrie only 10 minutes away, as well as the City of Mt. Pleasant with its shopping and restaurants including the dining choices on Shem Creek. Historic Charleston is only 20 minutes from “Come Together” at 502 Ocean Blvd. The beauty of the beach, pool, ocean sky and the home itself will bring you back to “Come Together” at 502 Ocean Blvd every chance you get.

Great house in the center of Millionaire's Row on IOP. The house has lots of good amenities and a good layout for family or a group. House is well-equipped overall. Especially with the extra fridge/freezers. We loved the upper room for the teenage boys in our family, and they loved having some privacy too. Pool is nice to have after a hot summer day on the beach.
We stayed at this large and accommodating beach house for a week at the end of March. Although the weather wasn’t what we would call “beach weather” (a bit cool for swim suits), we thoroughly enjoyed the house, which is beautifully set up for maximum relaxation and enjoyment of the beach. The ground floor cement pad has table games for the kids, the first floor (one flight up) is all bedrooms, the living area and kitchen are on the next floor, and there are more bedrooms on the third floor, for the kids. The house is just a few steps from the beach.
There’s a swimming pool and table games (ping pong and table hockey) for the kids, For many of us, the high point of the house is the view from the family room. A huge glass wall overlooks the beach so you can see the dunes and the surf. It’s very close to the beach so individuals can be clearly seen and we could easily follow members of our party who were walking on the beach or surfing just off the beach. The surfing was great, or so I was told — I much prefer to watch it than to do it!
The house was clean and well-kept, altogether a fabulous experience. Plus, it’s close to shopping and great restaurants. We will be coming back every spring or summer from now on with our large extended family. Every part of our experience was well worth the price.
This house was the perfect place for our family- 10 adults and 6 kids. Everyone had space and plenty to do.
We thoroughly enjoyed this home, the beach and the pool- all contributed to a wonderful multi-family vacation. Plenty of space, well stocked kitchen and refrigerator space, also laundry facilities. There are stairs but that was fine for our group. Quiet, peaceful, great views, but also close to shopping and restaurants- the best of both worlds. Looking forward to a future visit. We LOVE SC.
Not worth the money: Our expectations for the house were high as there were other same size homes on the beach at IOP that were available and cost less - we expected that if we paid more for a house called "Gucci" the house would have higher end furnishings, beddings, appliances, etc.
After walking through the house upon arrival I called family members and told them to lower their expectations. The entire house felt dirty and looked like it was in a state of disrepair.
The front door plate cover had been replaced and there was a white putty patch over the hole-on a black door. The doorbell didn't work. A closet door was missing from a bedroom. Switch covers were missing in the master-metal poles sticking out of switch plates-and there was a red stain on the white couch. The door handle to the garage was falling off. The beds, linens, towels, etc were cheap. All of the furniture was stained, old, and cheap. Some window transoms were so dirty you couldn’t see through them and one was broken. The appliances in the kitchen were old. The wiring for the TVs, wireless router, etc was amateurishly done. On the fence surrounding the pool there were multiple slats and railings lying on the ground. The pool deck had weeds growing out of cracks. The foosball table was unusable due to rust. The grill was unusable due to uncleanness. Half of the house’s exterior siding was blue, half was tan, and the chimney was both colors.
The management company sent out a cleaning company (they had to send some furniture slip covers to the cleaners they were so dirty and stained) and had someone fix the fence, repair the garage door handle, and touch up the front door with paint-all things that should have been done as routine maintenance. I was told multiple times a manager would call me to discuss my expectations and disappointment, but have not heard from anyone as yet.
I would not recommend this property to a friend or relative.
