Your hosts will be Cristina and Michael. Cristina is originally from Portugal and Michael from Austria. Both love to travel and do not like to stay in hotels. Through this passion they have aquired apartments in Vienna - Austria, Sesimbra - Portugal and Buenos Aires. They have turned this passion into a business and want to provide their fellow travellers with what they would expect in a vacation rental: A clean, affordable and comfortable home!
In their NY apartments extra special care was taken to
1. furnish a first class bed with high thread count linens,
2. make sure the noise of the city is at a minimum,
3. be in their neighbourhood, the Upper West Side.

The apartment is small but has everything we needed for a 3-week stay. Queen-sized bed was very comfortable. I really appreciated the seating area in the separate kitchen. Unusually, there are windows to three exposures so it's light and airy but facing rear so it's quiet too. Location so close to everything including transportation. Would definitely stay again.
This is one of the best finds in New York. It's small but very reasonably priced ( A perfect location too). Has everything you need.
My 27-year-old son and I stayed four nights at this upper West Side Studio 6 blocks from Central Park. We appreciated the hot shower in the morning, great coffee in the kitchen with a coffee maker that worked, and having easy access to Trader Joe's (two blocks away) for breakfast items. The walk to Central Park was enjoyable: looking at Brownstones, local shops, and a panoramic view of the park. Wonderful selection of coffee shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance from the apartment. The mattress was a little too soft for us, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!
We loved the location! Near subway, near the park, easy to get to most anything we wanted to do. Food, shopping, and places to eat are all close.
Very clean, comfortable room, liked the bed, lots of natural light (not a good view). Older building in a good neighborhood. We felt safe walking everywhere in the area.
The room is compact, but we found it very functional and used the kitchen everyday.
Instruction and communication were excellent.
We would stay hear again.
Great location. Well equipped for the price. Very clean. Comfy bed. Secure, quiet building. Close to transit and amenities.
Arrive instructions really good, great location near subway and central park. Shops near by to meet all your needs we had breakfast at home and got food from deli some nights when we were tied from sight seeing. Bed comfortable, plenty of hot water, very clean and Wi-Fi fast. We would recommend this place to any couple or single. Had a great meal at the Salumeria ROSI Parmacotto, 283 Amsterdam Ave
New York, NY 10023, b/t 73rd St & 74th St phone 212 877 4800. would recommend this place.
Upper West Side
Location on the Upper West Side is really great; close to the 72nd Street subway station. We had thought we might make breakfast in the apartment, but Starbucks and McDonald's were nearby so we ended up picking something up there many days. The kitchen did seem to have pans, dishes, utensils we would have needed if we had wanted to make breakfast (or other meals). We appreciated the Brita water pitcher in the fridge since we were there during the heat of the summer. My daughter lives in a studio close by, so my wife and I mainly used this apartment for sleeping and showering. Shower was great. WiFi worked great. Air-conditioner was new looking and worked well. There is a small closet to hang clothes and/or store your luggage. Overall, the apartment was compact but very well appointed, clean and well-maintained. Everything was as advertised. I'd recommend this if you're looking for a quiet Upper West Side location.
