Very enjoyable stay in villa Iris

Spacious and clean villa in nice location. Plenty of room in bedrooms etc. I’ve bathrooms. No air conditioning which on Aug was very hot although fans provided in each room which helped. Pool area was clean and relaxing area. Kitchen/cooking equipment could be a bit better stocked eg. No baking tray, tea towels but when asked owner quickly came back with latter. Stuntino is lovely with great beeches. A car is needed. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Die Anlage liegt traumhaft schön mit Meerblick in der Nähe von Stintino. Toller Pool, schöner Garten. Perfekter Urlaub.

Haus, Pool und Lage ansprechend, Zustand und Ausstattung mäßig

Exklusiv wäre die "Villa", wenn sie SAUBER (wozu bezahlt man für Endreinigung, wenn man selbst ein verdrecktes Haus übernimmt?) und entsprechend ausgestattet wäre (3 brauchbare Liegen bei 5-Personen-Belegung vorhanden, kein Sonnenschirm, genau 5 Gläser, Küche notdürftig zusammengeschustert, Küchenfenster lässt sich nicht schließen, Ameisenstraßen drinnen überall)

Vacanza piacevole

È una villetta comoda, confortevole, arredata con gusto, il giardino non è grande ma gradevole. La piscina illuminata è retrostante la casa. I ragazzi l’hanno utilizzata molto di pomeriggio. La villetta è dotata di un fresco parcheggio e un magnifico solarium, io e mia figlia non ci stancavamo di guardare dall'alto il mare e i colori del tramonto. Il personale non è stato sempre attento ma sono ragazzi cordiali e simpatici soprattutto Giovanna, i giardinieri professionali e cortesi, i manutentori della piscina qualche volta hanno sbagliato orario per la manutenzione. Nel villaggio c’è animazione unica per bambini, i ragazzi più grandi uscivano con amici forse per discoteche. Io e mio marito la sera restavamo nel villaggio, dove ci sono ristoranti e pizzerie quest’ultime care e non proprio consigliabili, negozi vari e guardia medica. Le Spiagge si raggiungono con i bus che fanno il giro ogni ora. Vacanza piacevole, non proprio riposante ma consigliabile.

Vacanza piacevole

È una villetta comoda, confortevole, arredata con gusto, il giardino non è grande ma gradevole. La piscina illuminata è retrostante la casa .. I ragazzi l’hanno utilizzata molto di pomeriggio.
