There are 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 which is en-suite. Spacious living room and dining area with L-shaped couch and large table. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, full cooker, fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery and glasses. There is a large television in the living area. Both bedrooms and the living room have balconies which overlook the River Liffey. There is also a lift up to the apartment.

Nice spot to stay in Dublin, close to most of the more popular places you would like to visit. Place was clean, quiet and well maintained. Great views of the River Liffey.
We stayed here for only a couple of days. Loved it! The view is superb. The property was clean and well maintained. It is a short walk to town, we appreciated being out of all the hustle of the main tourist areas. Close to good restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Marian was very responsive to any questions. Would consider staying here again if ever in Dublin.
We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The apartment was extremely well located for our need to be near the convention center. It was clean and appropriately equipped for comfortable living. Wifi was good. The supplied food items were a nice touch. We had two couples and a small child in the apartment and had sufficient space to be comfortable. The area was safe and not too noisy. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants (HQ) and markets. The one mile walk to Temple Bar area was not a problem for us. Having the airport bus stop one block away was excellent.
As others have commented, a users guide for the washing machine should be supplied. Here is an online copy: laundry.manualsonline.com/manuals/mfg/ariston/ald_12_s.html
Several things were lacking that we normally find in holiday rental apartments: shower soap in the bathrooms, trash cans (there is possibly one under the kitchen sink but with a broken handle so you can't get in to it), and dish washing soap for hand washing kitchen items. We purchased shower gel, dishwashing soap, additional toilet paper and paper towels in the nearby markets without too much trouble and left the extras for the next guests.
A few more mugs, eating cutlery, drinking glasses, and bowls from a thrift store would be a good idea.
The hosts were very nice and easy to work with. Thank you for sharing your flat with us.
This is a nice 2 bedroom with great views and all the amenities (washer and dryer were very handy) it is very close to the theatre and the famous Ferryman's pub and a hop on/hop off bus stop. The landlord was very easy to work with and I would definetly book again! Thanks!
We needed a place to stay for a week to do some sightseeing and attend the Rock & Roll Dublin Half Marathon. This property caught my eye and it turned out to be just perfect. Not only was there a great view of the River Liffey, but the starting line to the race was right across the bridge.
The apartment is a quick 15-minute walk from City Centre, situated in a mixed-use neighborhood that bustles during the day but is quiet once the work-day is over. It is clean, well-maintained and contemporary; the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. There was plenty of space for two couples to live without feeling crowded and there's access to the balcony from both bedrooms and the living room. There are two grocery stores and several restaurants within a block and a half.
Marian, Pat and Lorna all made us feel welcome, accommodated our early arrival and responded quickly to questions. I would happily stay here again.
This apartment has fabulous views over the river Liffey and Dublin City - overlooking the Conventions Centre - It's in Hanover Riverside on the 7th floor. It is beside the Samuel Beckett Bridge, opposite the Convention Centre, the IFSC and the MV Cill Airne which is a Boat Bar and Restaurant. It is within walking distance of the Bord Gais Energy Theatre, the Aviva Stadium, Shelbourne Park Greyhound Stadium and the 02 Theatre. It is approximately 2.5km from Croke Park. O'Connell Street is just a 1.5km walk along by the river. Good shopping areas are Grafton Street/St. Stephen's Green Shopping Centre which are south of the river and Henry Street/Jervis Shopping Centre north of the river. Grand Canal Dock DART Station is nearby and DARTs will take you to Clontarf, Howth and Malahide on the northside and Dun Laoghaire, Dalkey, Killiney and Bray in the opposite direction.
