Looking for somewhere different to stay for your Florida vacation? Ashley Lodge is only eight miles from Disney World and offers amenities that are tough to match.
Don’t like the idea of sharing a pool with a hundred strangers, for example? Your family can hog all the padded lounge chairs situated around our huge, screened, in-ground pool and in the adjacent lanai. While relaxing in your private, newly claimed kingdom, watch for Florida wildlife and flora—we’re located in an intimate lakefront development, and the pool area offers great views of the water and backyard garden. What you won’t see is the neighbors—and they won’t see you. Because we’re an end house with a sprawling yard, no other properties or pool areas look into ours.
We also have a carpeted games room with a professionally lit pool table, plus foosball, air hockey, and table tennis. The garage door in this room rolls up, giving the games room open access to the outdoors.
A hot tub beside the pool means the adults can soak their tired feet after a long day of walking the theme parks, and at the same time keep an eye on the kids as they expend even more of their limitless energy in the pool. When you all hit the hay for the night, don’t worry about the little ones getting into the pool area—the door is fitted with secure locks and devices out of their reach and will warn you if it is opened.
Everyone will sleep well here, thanks to pillow-top mattresses and flexible sleeping arrangements. With 5 bedrooms (including two masters!) and 3.5 baths, Ashley Lodge is perfect for multiple families traveling together, or for one big multi-generational family making shared memories in Florida. We even consider pets, so you can bring your furry family member (just make sure to check with us first).
The Pool Master Bedroom is located on the ground floor (great for Grandma and Grandpa), with direct access to the pool area. Boasting the most luxurious bathroom on the property, this suite has a walk-in shower, corner tub and double-vanity. The lucky occupants of this room will also get a king-sized bed, a flatscreen HDTV, and a separate seating area near the sliding glass doors that open to the pool.
The Lake Master Bedroom includes an en suite bathroom, queen-sized bed, and second-story views of the pool and lake. It’s a great spot to recharge with a book, and you can still take a peek at the family having fun below. This room has its own flatscreen, too.
The Garden Bedroom can be arranged into either one king bed or two twins, depending on your needs, and features a flatscreen television and plenty of storage.
The Disney Bedroom is a hit with kids, thanks to its vibrant Disney-themed décor, two twin-sized beds, and even a PlayStation 2. Don’t be surprised if they stay up a little past bedtime imagining all the fun and magic they’ll experience at the park the next day.
Lastly, the Aqua Bedroom, with its two twin beds and sea-themed décor, calls to mind Florida’s gorgeous coasts, which are an easy hour drive in each direction.
The living spaces have a lot to offer, too.
The kitchen is spacious, fully stocked and includes a dishwasher (we’re firmly against hand washing dishes while on vacation) and a breakfast bar so you can serve up your family’s fuel for the day. For more formal meals, gather at the eight-person dining table or dine “al fresco” on the lanai, with garden views and seating for ten. No one has to eat standing up here!
The family room is equally inviting. Watch your favorite family flick while lounging on one of the sumptuous sofas. There’s enough seating for at least eight guests—a rarity in most vacation homes, even those as large as ours.
We’ve had many guests come back for multiple stays at Ashley Lodge, which we think says something about the quality of our vacation retreat. Our calendar fills fast, so give us a call today and book your dates!

We are a family with 3 children from the UK who enjoy getting away from the British winters and having a luxurious lifestyle in a warm climate. Having such a spacious and comfortable home in the sun, and our very own, private swimming pool, is still exciting for us and we love to share it with discerning guests.
Raju Raymond purchased this house in 2005
We thought that we had the best of all possible worlds by buying here. We were close to all the obvious attractions of Disney, Universal, Sea World, etc. but we also realised that there is so much more to Central Florida than Theme Parks. We enjoy the lakes and National Parks as well as the theatres and cinemas of the local area. No holiday would be complete without a vast range of high quality restaurants to sample and enjoy.
We love the privacy of our location and the size of our plot. So few properties have large side gardens and private pool areas. The side garden is great for BBQ and playing badminton. We love the airiness of the villa and the fact that everything we need, including shops are nearby.
The house was beautiful and the kids loved the pool also the gameroom
It was a very nice and cozy stay. The rooms are amazing. Love it!
The house was awesome! We’re for sure coming back
We took the kids to florida for the first time this spring break. Our house was great! Very clean and spacious. The private pool was so convenient after a long day at Disney World. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. The location was very close to all the Disney attractions. Great grocery store just down the road that had quality fresh fruits and veggies for very reasonable prices. I would recommend this house to anyone.
Nice layout for large family. Accurately described in the advertisement. Truly has five bedrooms with good sleeping arrangements. Overall it was clean but needed some TLC to repair minor items. For instance the fan in the lower master had to be hand pushed to start, light bulbs out in upstairs master bath, toilet seats need replacement, electrical outlets in bath need replacement since they will not hold a plug and the furniture in the upstairs master is too large for the room. With that said, it is a nice rental for a large family, especially with the game room and heated (extra cost) pool.
We enjoyed our stay. This home was very nice an my family an I will be booking again soon. Thanks RAju for your timely responses. We are planning to go in June again. Will definitely be in touch!!
There are no surprises at Ashley Lodge. The pics tell it all. I spent 5 nights with my three children and a friend and her 4 children. We had a great time. The pool and hot tub were lovely. I would recommend having the pool maintained mid vacation as it seemed to need some attention by the end of our stay. The house is very comfortable and spacious. It was very well maintained and absolutely spotless on our arrival. The kitchen utensils and pots and pans are not great but I get it for a rental property. Just don't expect a gourmet kitchen. It's practical and absolutely suited our needs.
The only issue we had was with the BBQ we rented which was of no fault of the owner. Unfortunately even with phone calls to the rental company we were left with a piece of garbage BBQ that looked as though it was picked off the end of someone's driveway. I would recommend not renting the BBQ and use the electric George Forman grill.
All in all we had a fantastic time and would recommend staying at Ashley Lodge
We got exactly what we wanted. House set up perfect for our entire family. Everything was very clean. We paid extra to have pool heated because we had some younger children. It was very comfortable.
This property features 5 bedrooms, one master downstairs and the Queen bedrooms separated on the second floor and two twin bed rooms. Absolutely perfect for our family of 8!
Pool was relaxing after hours in the park and the hot tub great for the adults. Kitchen is fully stocked to prepare meals and there are restaurants near by. The tv did not work on the main living space, but busy doing other things.
The property was clean but a bit dated. The owner and property manager very responsive to any issues.
