Perfect Getaway!

  • 5 of 5

I rented this house for my mother, bridesmaids, and I to stay in while we were in Denver picking out dresses. It was the perfect choice!

Everything was so clean and well taken care of. The kitchen, though tiny, was incredibly well equiped, even down to the olive oil, which I had forgotten to bring!

We stayed for three nights, ate breakfast and prepared dinner at the house every night, and were able to relax and just hang out.

It was quiet, perfect for sleeping, the front and back yards were both so relaxing, and yet it is very close to everything (especially shopping at Cherry Creek!).

I would definitely reccomend this house to anyone looking to get away, and yet be close to everything, in Denver.

Darling house in a Great Area!

  • 5 of 5

If you are looking to experience urban Denver and what it has to offer within walking or biking distance, this is your house! Large, updated master suite, awesome front porch (with a swing), cute backyard with seating for evening meals--and an easy walk to coffee shop, ice cream place, great restaurants and a well-equipped school playground. My five kids and husband lived so comfortably for a month! Linda, the owner, is wonderful and very helpful! We'll be back!

Wonderful retreat in central Denver

  • 5 of 5

I booked this house for a combined business/personal trip and have friends who lived in the state meet me while I was there. It was a perfect set up; easy partking (no parking charges); plenty of seating in the living room; in fact the pictures really tell the true story. Kitchen as minute (as mentioned by other visitors) but perfectly equipped and we used it daily. Loved the backyard; had dinner there, early morning coffee, afternoon wine...beautifully landscapped. Also enjoyed front porch. walkable to some great restaurants. Local pharmacy was a godsend when I forgot meds. Linda (the owner) was fantastic; very helpful and responsive. I dont' give 5 stars easily but this was a 5 star experience!

Home away from home

  • 5 of 5

This place was PERFECT. I hate to sound like a recording, but the place was exactly as described by all other reviewers.

Close proximity to everything, very well cared for, innumerable ammenities, and a very caring owner. The back yard and enclosed porch were very relaxing and a great place to end the day. The home was very clean which is important to us. We didn't forget to pack anything, but if we did, I am sure Linda would of had us covered with her stockpile.

The "checkout" list of instructions were very easy to follow, and the book with maps, local restaurant menus, and places to see brouchures, was well thought and appreciated. I felt that lots of thought and care went into this home being presented to us, and we really appreciated it. You can tell this is a passion of the owner, which is not always the case when renting like this. A wonderful home, great location and thoughtful, caring owner make this an easy recommendation to anyone else contemplating staying here.

Three of us stayed here last April and didn't have one complaint amongst us. In fact, thanks to our trip, my wife, children, and I are in the process of relocating to the area.

Communication was also excellent. Emails and phone calls promptly replied to and answered in a timely manner. I absolutely enjoyed my time here and am sure you will to. Thanks again Linda!

Good location for Denver vacation

  • 5 of 5

The property is as described. It is a bungalow but the rooms were adequate for our needs, very cozy. It was located very close to City Park and not too far from downtown Denver. Linda, the owner, was very helpful with information for Denver and all the necessary information for the home rental is provided in a binder for reference. We went to the zoo, the science center, the aquarium, Colorado Springs, Golden and many other places. The home was easy to return to as it is a few blocks off Colorado Blvd. which is a main thoroughfare. I would recommend her home to others. Very pleasant stay.
