The apartment is situated on the promenade of Palma, in front of Club de Mar and next to the Porto Pi shopping center.

The apartment I've recently renovated choosing every aspect of interior design with great care and affection. The result is a cozy, warm and quiet space.

There is a double bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet.

The apartment has a terrace with furniture to hang out or enjoy meals outdoors.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, fridge and freezer.

About Lucila

I work as an architect and after training and working abroad for many years, I came back to Palma where I set up my practice. I bought this convenient property due to its fabulous location and because it had been in the family since it was built. The apartment is on the third floor and has light from the front and back, the distribution is very comfortable and makes the best use of the space.

After refurbishing the apartment, I lived there for a couple of years and I will make sure everything is ready for you.

Why Lucila chose Palma de Mallorca

The property has been in the family for many years, it used to belong to my grandparents and then to my parents! Now it is mine and I love it!

What is great about it is that it is so well located, I am close to absolutely everything, that it is so nicely decorated and is very comfortable.

What makes this condo unique

The advantages of my home are how tastefully and comfortably refurbished it is (if I may say so myself!!). I love the feeling of calmness and peace that invades me when I arrive.

There is a supermarket downstairs on the ground floor and many convenience stores all around. You can walk to all the main sites in Palma and the sea is only 10 minutes away!

Wonderful apartment with amazing views, with private parking, and easy access to public transport, both to town and Airport. The apartment was well equipped and spotlessly clean, and the owner , Pilar was very friendly and helpful. Just a short walk behind the building is a mall and Carrefour supermarket which is very convenient. My Wife and I would definitely recommend this apartment, and hope to return ourselves.

The perfect penthouse break

It is always great when you find a perfect holiday apartment that suits just a couple of people - that's what we found here at Palma. The views are breathtaking and ever changing with daily views of impressive cruise ships coming and going.

This top level apartment is really quiet and surrounded by mainly residential flats that are well spaced. The rooms are extremely well furnished and made for a very comfortable two week break.

We also made use of the large underground car park which is a real bonus in area that is busy with cars as it is very close to a popular shopping centre that makes a perfect partner to this apartment. It has a range of good value restaurants and a huge supermarket that has everything you need to amek good use of the well equipped kitchen.

We used this apartment as great base to tour the rest of the island by car and it is well placed to access both local roads and motorways. You could even make use of the daily ferry to Ibiza that leaves just a short walk from the block.

We had great support from Pilar both by email in advance and whilst at the apartment. I do not normally write reviews - but this is the exception. If you are looking at this apartment - then it probably is for you. Just don't book the weeks that we will want to use when we visit again.

Lovely apartment with beautiful views

We loved this apartment, which is airy, spacious and elegantly furnished, with all mod cons. It has extensive views across the bay of Palma and good access to the motorway for visiting other areas of the island. Pilar, the owner, and her agent Silvia, were very helpful both before and during our stay. To go into town in the evening, we left our car in the underground garage and walked to the nearest bus stop (2/3 minutes). Rififi, the restaurant opposite the bus stop, was also very good. Would definitely recommend

Tolle Wohnung mit spektakulärem Ausblick

Das Appartement ist genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Die Ausstattung ist modern und die Wohnung sauber. Man findet alles, was man an Ausstattung benötigt. Die traumhafte Aussicht ist nicht zu übertreffen und man kann zu jeder Tageszeit die großen Kreuzfahrtschiffe von dem Balkon aus beobachten.

Der Strand von Cala Major ist 4 Stationen mit dem Bus ( der fast vor der Tür hält und jede 10 Minuten fährt) entfernt. Palma Stadt erreicht man in ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Bus. Wir würden das Apartment immer wieder buchen. Herzlichen Dank nochmal an Pilar und Mony!!

The apartment is exactly as shown on the pictures.

It is clean, modern and inviting and equipped with everything you need. The view from the balcony is absolutely incredible as you can watch the cruise ships come in anytime of the day. The beach of Cala Major is only four stops away with the bus (which stops right in front of the door and leaves every 10 minutes). To get to Palma City it takes about 20 minutes with the bus. We loved the apartment and would book it again anytime. Thanks a lot again to Pilar and Mony!!!

Toppenlägenhet!

Vi hyrde denna lägenhet en vecka och är supernöjda. Fantastiskt läge, nära till butik, buss och hamn. Bra sängar. Egentligen promenadavstånd till city men ok, har man svårt att gå blir det långt men då fanns buss. Vi hoppas kunna komma tillbaka.

Traumaussicht! Vista Maravillosa!

Das ist wirklich eine wunderbare Wohnung. Die Aussicht auf den Hafen und die ein- und auslaufenden Kreuzfahrtschiffe ist umwerfend. Pilar hat uns mit frischen Blumen empfangen und uns bei allem liebevoll unterstützt. Die Wohnung ist individuell und hochwertig eingerichtet und sehr sauber.

Thats a wonderful apartment. The views towards the harbour and the in- and outgoing cruise liners are spectacular. We found fresh flowers in the perferct clean apartment and Pilar was super friendly and helpful in all aspects. The furniture gives a valuable, individual and comfortable impression.
