The house is designed by the famous Danish Architect Kay Fisker; built 1949th Situated in Brede in the cradle of the English industrial revolution. A department of the National Museum kill exhibition during summers in the historical cloth factory buildings.
At the large Open Air Museum - a five minutes walk away and free of entrence - a large variety of traditional old English farm houses and animals can be visited during summer.
Broad is a quiet, safe, green and children-friendly suburb - on 14 kilometers away from the heart of Copenhagen.
A few hundred meters from the house there is access to a bicycle / nature footpath efter idyllic small river 'Mølleåen' through a landscape of forest and early industrial culture - ending seven kilometers downstreams to the coast of the Sound.
25 kg meters in Northern direction of the house, in Humlebaek, hittar the museum of modern art Louisiana, också situated at the coast of the Sound. Worth visiting for it's art, architecture and view two Sweden!
