Ideal Villa for 7 people in the golf course and 2 km from the beach

The house has a total of 180 m2, has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, lounge, kitchen, private garage, grand porch and a spectacular pool 5X10 with an incomparable view of the golf course. It is located very close to the Tarsessus Mall where you will find areas of dining, entertainment, pharmacy, supermarket etc ...

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, etc. Everything needed to be at home.

The whole house has air conditioning with heat pump.

The house is nestled on a plot of 700 square meters and has two floors. On the ground floor are the kitchen and living room with access to the garden, a room with sofa bed and a bathroom

Upstairs is a bedroom with two single beds, two bedrooms with double beds, one with bathroom inside and a second bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes fully equipped with drawers and shelves to put clothes.

The garden is beautiful, well maintained and with a unique environment giving the golf course. At the bottom of the garden is the swimming pool 10 x 5 with 4 sun loungers for sunbathing or just to enjoy the wonderful view from there is contemplated.

The living room of the house has access to a large covered garden, perfect for summer lunches or dinners porch.

The house has a private garage with access through automatic gate.

La casa, a diferencia de otras, gana in situ respecto a las fotos, sobre todo el interior.

La limpieza, el equipamiento de la casa (tiene de todo), extraordinaria, así como la atención de la administradora.

La ubicación, para ir en plan familiar está muy bien ya que es una zona muy tranquila, y el hecho de estar pegado a un campo de golf da mucha amplitud al jardin.

Si volvemos a la zona, sera una de las primeras casas en la vea la disponibilidad.

Relax en una casa muy acogedora

Las fotos reflejan fielmente como es la casa. Muy nueva y al detalle, salvó la habitación q no se ve q simplemente tiene un sofá cama no muy grande.

No esta cerca de la playa pero las playas cercanas tienen la ventaja de poder aparcar a pie de playa hasta en Agosto. Además al estar lejos del centro resulta muy tranquila y relajante. Las vistas al golf son magníficas y le dan mayor amplitud al jardín.

La piscina perfecta. La barbacoa portátil pero suficiente.

Muy importante: esta lejos de las marismas y por tanto lejos de los mosquitos.

Un punto a favor, el supermercado cercano.

El propietario muy atento.

The surrounding cities also offer many possibilities:

In Cádiz you can visit its wonderful old town and enjoy its narrow streets.

In Jerez, you can see flamenco shows, as Andalusian horses dance and the city itself worth a visit.

In the Port may go to Aqualand water park, visit its monuments and stroll through its streets or enjoy good seafood on the banks of seafood.

If you enjoy hiking, there are several parks around (the Acorns, Los Toruños and the Natural Park of the Bay of Cádiz).

Also in Chiclana can enjoy them, within walking distance from the beach and the city center, there are entrances to the Natural Park of the Bay of Cadiz, a beautiful walk where you can see colonies of flamingos and a variety of birds. The park can be accessed on foot or by bicycle, for it is a good supply of cycle paths and not far from the house there is possibility to rent.

The house is located near the Loma del Puerco, a suburb just a couple of miles from the Barrosa beach and walking distance to the beach of Sancti Petri, a wonderful place where you can practice all kinds of water sports in its marina (surf, windsurf, kayak) and enjoy a boat trip to the castle of Sancti Petri nestled on a small island in the middle of the sea. Also in the surrounding area is the possibility of horseback riding, tennis, paddle tennis, football, etc ...

Within walking distance of Chiclana, barely 20 km, Vejer and Medina are two picturesque villages worth visiting.

Also, within walking distance are, Jerez and the capital of the province, Cadiz, absolutely recommended for its monumental and beautiful cities.

A little over an hour, are Sevilla, Tarifa and the Straits of Gibraltar where you can make excursions for whale watching.
