Scott and Deb are great to work with. We are now regulars at their rentals. Recommend to anyone. Staying inside Sea Pines affords a lot more opportunities. Cannot wait to get back down there.
We were visiting with a small dog and another couple. The unit was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the view of the golf course nice (although it was being redone). The bikes were an added bonus and the location centrally located. Very comfortable unit we would visit again.
This condo was great it has a wonderful screened back porch to keep the critters off. Nice amenities inside and lots of room for us and the kids. I'd recommend this place for sure and will definitely stay here again.
We were so thankful to find this remarkable rental in Sea Pines. It proved to be the perfect place for our family - 2 adults and 2 young adult children (the loft and upstairs was perfect for them!) and our little dog. The unit was very clean and bright (lots of windows) and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and more and we cooked some yummy meals while on vacation. We enjoyed the view unto the golf course. The tennis courts and pool were basically just outside our door - which made it easy to play or swim at a whim. And most of all it was on HHI in Sea Pines - the beautiful part of the island! We loved riding bikes everywhere (grocery store, South Beach, Lighthouse, beach - about a 5 minute easy bike ride). Even though it was a holiday week - it didn't seem crowded (except right on the beach) due to the winding bike trails and beautiful landscaping. The only thing not "excellent" was the condition of the bikes - 2 were included and 2 were added rentals - the chains kept falling off and we had some "accidents" because of that - but they do get used a lot! The "new" beach house and pavilion is very nice - we loved eating at the fine restaurant right there after a day in the sun. Kind of expensive - but where else can you get served great food while still in your bathing suit?! Other things we liked were the key-less security entrance so we could all come and go without worrying about who had the key. We would definitely love to stay here again.
This is the third time we have stayed at this property and we have loved it each and every time we have stayed. Our latest trip came about because we had to travel down south for a wedding so we figured why not stay a week at HHI while we are in SC! The location of the villa is fantastic. You are a little less than a half mile from the recently renovated Sea Pines beach club. It's 1 min by car, 4 min by bike. Parking in September is not an issue. You are also about 1.5 miles from Harbortown and 3 miles to South Beach - perfect bike riding distances. It is also a great place to bring your dog. We have had 1-2 large weimaraners with us each time and have always been warmly welcomed by the property owners. HHI is a great place to take your dog and we made lots of memories with our fur babies. We have always found this villa to be very clean and in excellent condition. It is also an excellent value for a villa in Sea Pines that is so accessible to so many things. Our family dynamic has changed each time we have stayed here (husband+wife and 1 dog, husband+wife and 2 dogs, husband+wife, 2 year old, baby and dog) and the villa has always met our needs. The pool is also another great feature. So private and makes for a great place to cool off when you need a break from baking in the sun. Can't wait to go back!
My family and I have been vacationing at Hilton Head and specifically Sea Pines for 20+ years and this by far was the most disappointing place we have stayed. Upon arrival we were greeted with an odor that resembled a litter box. The place was not as clean as you would expect (silk plants covered with dust, a/c vents and registers were covered in dirt and a couple were coming loose from the ceiling, sliding glass doors filthy from pets licking them) and overall the unit was in great need of some TLC. In addition there were spiders and ants in the kitchen and bedrooms (we were extremely careful with keeping food in closed containers). Overall this unit was not up to the what we have come to expect in Sea Pines. We left a day early which is not something we typically do. It would be helpful if the owners would take a walk through the property and make some much needed improvements so that future visitors will have a better experience. We will be back to Sea Pines but we will not return to this unit.
