About the property

Near the beach and Nerja town center. Room for up to four people. AC / heat.

The apartment, which is at 47 sqm indoor area, plus outdoor terrasse, located in the same plane as the big pool, so you can in a few steps to go straight into the pool. Fenced pool area, so just the 11 luxury townhouses that have access to the pool area

The apartment is suitable from one person up to a maximum of 4 people. But for longer rental periods, probably one or two more suitable.

A patio with tables and chairs, where breakfast can be taken while the birds chirping around.

Private deck o charcoal grill available, as well as common deck that belong to the pool area.

Do you want to go down to the Nerja's largest and most popular beach; Burriana, so go there in 4-5 minutes! Add in a few minutes back, then it is now up!

The beach has both shops and a variety of cafés and restaurants and of course sunbeds!

You walk into the center of Nerja in 15-20 minutes. There are two major supermarket near the property within 5-10 min on foot, so a car is not a must.

The apartment accommodates a bedroom with two single beds with good sleeping comfort. Both have mattress pads, which is rare in Spain! A bathroom with bath / shower, wash basin and washing machine.

O A well-equipped new kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc.

A lounge / family room where there is a sofa bed for two people. Kitchen o family room is open plan.

A WiFi with internet access is included in the rent! 6 mbps down and 1-2 mbps upload. No limitation in the amount of data traffic, and as I said, it IS INCLUDED in the rent!

TV with a large number of channels, from Sweden, Norway, Denmark, UK and Spain.

Only the Swedish channels form a whole A4 page. Even children's program ..

Plus there are about 250 newer movies that can be streamed whenever you want, free of charge for you!

You can select any changeover day any time, but at least one week stay. But example. 10 days is OK.

It can also be rented for longer periods, winter rental, etc.

Enjoy 'Swedish summer in Nerja during Winter!' For winter rentals then at least one month between 1/11 and 30/4. If it is available between two bookings, for example 2 weeks, we will naturally rent out the two weeks as well!

Goes so clear that the issue of the monthly price even outside our winter period!

In other words, we apply the normal NOT weekly rental during the winter!

AC / heat Inverter system is installed! So you can get cool during the summer heat, but also warmth during winter's chilly nights! It needed to get it right and cold otherwise! It is included in the rent under the new law on rent in Andalusia in 2016.

The rent is always a thorough cleaning, both before and after your arrival, towels for indoor use, linens, electricity, water, etc.

The apartment and the prices are valid for up to four people.


We can also arrange baby cot and high chair, incl. delivery and disposal. However, bedding is not included. Ask if necessary!

Lovely stylish apartment

My wife and I spent 2 weeks in this apartment at the beginning of September and had a lovely time.

The communal pool for the 11 apartments was hardly being used and so it we had it to ourselves. The sun hit The apartment around 10 in the morning and provided sunshine through to 5 which was perfect. The apartment was clean and stylish with Ikea furniture/utensils (not surprisingly with a Swedish owner!).

The nature of our holiday is to relax at the apartment all day then venture into town in the evening for meals and drinks etc so the apartment was great for us.

We do not drive on our holiday and the walk into Nerja is not for the weak hearted. The is quite a steep slope from Burriana to the apartment and walking into Nerja involves walking up a very steep hill from Burriana (unless taking a longer detour into the top of town). There are also a number of steps from the roadside down to the apartments front door.

On the whole, we had a great holiday at this apartment as it suited or needs. Thanks to Ulf for.making it possible and supplying accurate and responsive information.

Fantastic Apartment

My husband and I spent 2 weeks here, very clean, comfortable, great towels, bedding. Sunbeds table and chairs on the patio, a few steps from your door and your in the fantastic pool. Short walk to Burrianna Beach and 15 min walk to the centre of Nerja, perfect location and very quiet for a peacefull nights sleep. Met the owner whom chatted with us to make sure all was well, and if there were any improvements he can make, we couldn't think of anything for this stunning modern apartment. Booking was very easy and I would not hesitate to book again. Thank you for a perfect 2 week holiday

Fräsch och bra lägenhet med en kort promenad från Buriana beach.

Vi trivdes mycket bra i denna lägenhet. Vi var två vuxna och två tonårsbarn. Möjligen vara det aningen trångt för oss fyra men närheten till pool och Nerja bästa beach övervägde detta. Bra plats för bil var det också.

Påskvädret 2017 var mkt gott!

För oss två..räcker lägenheten gott och allt man behöver finns där!

En lägenhet att komma tillbaka till

Det är andra året vi hyr denna fantastiska lägenhet. Kontakterna med fastighetsägaren är exemplariska. Han svarar snabbt och är mycket hjälpsam. Lägenheten stämmer bra överens med beskrivningen i annonsen och och den har varit välstädad när vi anlänt.

Lägenheten har ett väl utrustat kök om man vill laga mat och altanen skuggas skönt på eftermiddagarna. Bäddsoffan fungerar bra att sova på även för äldre barn/vuxna. Närheten till poolen känns lyxig och det har sällan varit mycket folk eller stimmigt vid poolen.

Det är ca 5 min promenad ner till den fina Burrianastranden där det finns gott om restauranger, barer och turistaffärer. Backarna hem ger fin motion men kan nog vara tuffa med barnvagn. Det är gångavstånd till centrum och även här ger backarna fin motion.

Det går bra att parkera på gatan utanför huset.

Lägenheten är nog optimal för 2 personer men fungerar fint även för 2 vuxna och 2 barn som tillbringar den mesta tiden utomhus.

Välsorterad mataffär finns på gångavstånd.

Nerja är bra att ha som utgångspunkt för utflykter.

Vi kan varmt rekommendera att hyra denna lägenhet.

Nerja, the picturesque and authentic pearl on the Costa del Sol. But even the beginning of the Costa Tropical. Europe's best continental climate. Not too hot in summer and not too cold in winter. We thank the close and high massifs for. Nerja has about 25 000 inhabitants, which in summer multiply. Stroll on in Nerja pedestrian alleys of the old city, exploring all the restaurants, tapas bars and boutiques in the mild evenings.

Wander down to the largest and most popular beach in Nerja: Burriana! From the apartment it takes five minutes to go. Burriana hire the sun loungers, or lying on the beach. Directly on the beach there are several restaurants where lunch or drinks can be consumed.

At the apartment, you have only a few steps seeds door to the large pool. There are both sun and shade, so you choose yourself. If you go north, it is equally close to the nearest supermarket, ie five minutes to go. Mercadona has very fine, fruit, fresh fish, but also meat. Do not miss the ham with melon! The price is very attractive at the time so it's just to shop.

Nerja town center, which then is the Balcon de Europa, so it is a walk of 15-20 minutes.

A taxi from Malaga airport and to Nerja costs 65-70 EURO if booked in advance. It takes about 45 minutes to go. Car hire can be an option, but the car is not necessary on location in Nerja.

Do not miss the famous caves: Cuevas de Nerja!

An hour by car are Alhambra Palace.

Two hours to Gibraltar and Europe's only wild monkeys! Clearly worth seeing!
