Two bedroom air-conditioned apartment located on the €5m 'Peyia Paradise' development in lower Peyia, near to Coral Bay, Cyprus. "Superb" sea views from large south-facing balcony, which gets the sun ALL day. Total floor area 109q m (balcony: 21sq m plus apartment covered area: 88sq m). The apartment is positioned on the edge of the Peyia Paradise complex (only 50 apartments), away from the pool, which was completed in 2005. Large communal pool measuring 18m in length with sunbathing area. The pool is heated purely by rays from the sun and is not artificially heated. Therefore, it is not normally warm enough to enjoy during the months of Nov, Dec, Jan & Feb.

There is remote control air-conditioning in the living areas and both bedrooms and ceiling fans in all rooms. FREE Wi-Fi Broadband Internet access. LG 32" colour HDTV with catch-up TV including SKY SPORTS, SKY1, SKY ATLANTIC, SKY ARTS, BT SPORTS + all of the popular UK TV & radio channels. The multi-region DVD player plays all DVDs and a variety of CD formats. It's a pleasant 30-minute stroll to the nearest sandy beach, past rolling fields and banana plantations. Bath towels, hand towels and bed linen are supplied. If your stay is for 10 nights or more, all towels and bed-linen will be changed after 7 nights. You need only pack beach towels. Electronic safe. Private parking bay. Quality furniture ensures 'home-from-home' comfort. The apartment is ideal for those who want to take it easy and enjoy a relaxing break. Centre of Peyia village only 1.3km. Car hire is not necessary but is recommended. A101 is only 2.5km from the nearest beach and just 12km west of Paphos.

Air Conditioning: The apartment is fully air-conditioned, controlled by easy-to-use remote control hand units. There is no additional charge for the use of the air-conditioning. There are also ceiling fans in all rooms. There is also heating (should it be required) during the 'winter'.

Towels: Bath towels and hand towels are provided. Guests need only bring beach towels.

Peyia Paradise Apartments: Peyia Paradise Apartments were completed in July 2005. We have owned the property from new. The two bedroom apartment has a large sun terrace. There is an 18m long communal pool (depth from 0.5m to 1.5m) with roman steps. The pool & feature arched-footbridge were completely refurbished in November 2015. The apartment has its own dedicated parking space within a few paces of the entrance door. An extremely quiet development with uninterrupted views across to the Coral Bay coastline. The beach at Corallia Bay is just a 30-minute stroll away. The tavernas and shops in Peyia village are also just a 30-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is well placed to visit the Acamus Peninsula and the Troodos Mountains. We recommend car hire however it is possible to get a taxi from the airport to the apartment and then use a taxi when you wish to visit local shops and restaurants in Peyia and/or Coral Bay.

There are four quality 18-hole golf courses within a 30-minute drive from the apartment.

If your return flight is scheduled to depart late, we would recommend booking an additional night so that you may stay as late as you wish on your final day, rather than have to vacate by 10:00 am. 2018 will be the 13th consecutive year guests have holidayed at Apartment A101. The Peyia Paradise holiday complex is extremely well-maintained and managed as it overseen by a committee made up entirely of Peyia Paradise property owners.

Why Nigel McPheat chose Coral Bay Area

We purchased Apartment A101 because of its location on the Peyia Paradise complex. It's positioned away from the swimming pool and has a large south-facing balcony which gets the sun all day and from which you can enjoy a 'superb' view of the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment has FREE Wi-Fi broadband Internet access and the set-top box enables guests to view all the main UK channels on the 32' flat-screen colour TV. It's a pleasant 30-minute stroll to the nearest beach, past rolling fields and banana plantations. The centre of the village of Peyia is only 1.3km away, where there are supermarkets, a handful of tavernas, cash-point machines and an excellent bakery. Nearby Coral Bay has a wealth of restaurants and bars as well as a very well-stocked supermarket.

What makes this apartment unique

Many guests have commented upon the 'huge balcony', the 'fantastic sea view' and the 'home from home' feel. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. English-speaking respresentatives, who live in nearby Tala, have serviced the apartment since the date of purchase. They give us the peace of mind to know that the apartment will always be clean & tidy, ready for the next set of guests. Also, that they're on hand to provide help if it is ever needed. The beach at Corallia Bay, adjacent to Coral Bay, is just a 30-minute stroll from the apartment. Alternatively, you can drive and park in the large free car park adjacent to the beach. The nearby village of Peyia has supermarkets, banks, shops, bars, restaurants, bakeries and a doctors surgery, chemist and dentist .

The apartment has FREE Wi-Fi Broadband Internet access. TV shows all the SKY channels + BT Sports.. Balcony, measuring 7m x 4m, has "wonderful" sea views and is equipped with four quality sun beds with body-length cushions, patio table, six chairs and parasol. In addition there are four lightweight reclining sun-chairs that can be easily carried for use by the pool. The apartment is ideally suited to those who wish to get away from it all and spend a relaxing holiday in the sun. The INSIDE of the apartment is a no-smoking area.

Just as described , wish we were still there.

Had a great month's stay in this apartment. It was exactly as described , apart from the balcony , which was even better. Sun all day , a great view and fantastic sunsets. Wi-Fi was consistent and the range of TV was fantastic. Much needed when staying for a month , especially when it gets dark at 6 in Feb. The kitchen was fully equipped and the washing machine was a bonus. Sheets and towels were changed once a week. Nigel , the owner, provides excellent customer service every step of the way. If we were to return to Cyprus , which we fully expect to do , we would look no further than returning to this apartment. I would say though that a car is essential , but driving on the left makes it just like at home.

Strongly recommended

This was our fifth visit and four times in the past two years (and another planned for October!). The apartment has everything you need. Spotlessly clean. Aircon. A useful range of appliances (including washing machine). Sky TV. The best feature is the large balcony with uninterrupted views to the sea only a mile away. A great place to eat breakfast or read a book or just lie in the sun. The other thing about the apartment is that in all our visits its rare to have others nearby. Perhaps one or two, usually Brits and often owners themselves so a good knowledge of the area. The complex also has a newly lined and refurbished large pool which is kept nice and clean. Overall, great value and strongly recommended.

Brilliant as always!

Just returned from our 3rd visit to his brilliant, spacious apartment. Love the huge terrace which gets the sun all day from early morning until sunset.

It's a must to hire a car as Peyia is a little off the beaten track so is quiet although once you get into the actual town it is quite a big place.

Took a trip into Paphos as needed to replace a phone charger and enjoyed being able to have a Costa Coffee in the shopping centre - almost home from home! Also decided to have a drive over to Polis which was probably half an hour's drive although wasn't quite expecting the road to go do high - seemed to go up and up although from the top there are stunning views all the way down to Coral Bay.

Hopefully we will be able to return within 2 years as just love the relaxed atmosphere of the apartment and area - well worth going!

Excellent Apartment

This is our 3rd stay in this apartment and we have found it perfect for our requirements every time. It has everything needed for self catering with a superb balcony for all day sun and a very nice pool. A car is necessary as there are not many restaurants or supermarkets within easy walking distance.

It is an ideal location for exploring Western Cyprus as there is so much to see but there is also nice, mainly flat walks, local to the apartment where you can wander through banana plantations and orange or olive groves.

Would certainly recommend the apartment for a relaxing holiday in the area.

The property is clean and well maintained and the owner provides an excellent service.

Lovely apartment & large balcony.

The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for your holiday, I was especially grateful for the cool bag and ice blocks to take to the beach. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with plenty of towels. The balcony is large and we were lucky not to have anyone either side so we had good privacy. We spent many evenings watching the sun set playing the selection of board games the apartment had and enjoyed breakfast at the outdoor table area. We did miss not having a BBQ but I can see how this could be a smoke issue with neighbours in close proximity (disposable was allowed). The kids loved the wifi and TV channels. Good size shared pool with reclining chairs in the apartment to use at the pool side. We only used the pool one afternoon and early evenings as we enjoyed the many beaches. A shower at the poolside was available but toilets were not in working order. The pool was clean and for most of our time it was not very busy. It was great having parking as we hired a car for our holiday and I would say this is a must unless you want to stay very local. We drove out everyday, there was a walk to Coral beach which would take around 30min but if your like us with several bags a car made it easier in the 34+degrees! Again in the evening we chose to drive as many roads are dark and don't always have specific areas to walk along, the main Coral bay area is a fair distance and Possibly to far to walk at night in the dark with small children. The area is lovely and if you can, do visit the West coast and stop at the local beaches as they are beautiful, Lara bay is good to visit and see the turtle nests. The cafe there is reasonable and has delicious salads and homemade chips! We drove down to Lara bay it is a very rough road but if you take it careful you will be fine in a normal car. Aphrodite water park is great family fun and only 30min away, close to Tomb of The Kings which is an interesting archaeological stop but do go after 5pm as it is an open spacious area (incredibly hot). Paphos harbour is very pretty at night and the fresh fish restaurants are fab, we ate at The Harbour and enjoyed good service, the seabass and king prawns were lovely. Trattoria La Vigna Italian in Coral bay is lovely too and has fantastic service, but our favourite restaurants were in Kathikas, if your passing by stop and eat at Imogen's, the moussaka, chicken pie and tiramisu are amazing! there is also a pizzeria so the kids will be happy too.

Superb apartment in a great location

We had a great holiday in Cyprus staying in this apartment. It is located in a quiet area but is also a superb base for exploring the island. The balcony is marvellous; it has views over the sea and is large enough to dine out on and sunbathe on the loungers. The apartment is also well equipped, we had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely use this apartment again and tell friends about it.

Peyia is less than 18km miles to the west of Paphos and only 2.5 km from the beach at Corallia Bay. The apartment is located in a quiet position on the Peyia Paradise development in lower Peyia. A good selection of shops, bars and tavernas can be found only 1.3km from the apartment. In nearby Coral Bay there's an even greater selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The island of Cyprus is the third largest island in the Mediterranean Sea with a population of less than 1,000,000. Its 9,251 square kilometres encompass citrus and olive groves, pine forested mountains, and some of Europe's cleanest beaches. Also, it is the easternmost island in the Mediterranean Sea. Cyprus is located 65 miiles west of Syria, 45 miles south of Turkey and 200 miles north of Egypt. The island has a mild, typically Mediterranean climate, with abundant sunshine even in winter (well over 300 days per year) and very little rainfall. In early Spring it is possible to ski on Mount Olympus and then swim in the sea later the same day.

Golf: There are four quality golf courses within a 30-minute drive from the apartment. Aphrodite Hills, Elea Estate, Secret Valley, and Menthis Hills. All are 18 holes in length and set amidst stunning scenery. If you don't have your own golf clubs, we recommend hiring clubs from a driving range located on the coast road between Peyia and Paphos as it is cheaper than hiring them at the golf courses.

2015 will be the owners 10th year of letting this apartment.

If your holiday period covers two different weekly rates, please divide each weekly rate by seven to obtain the nightly rate and then multiply by the number of nights for each rental rate period.

We have no fixed changeover day so you may arrive and depart on any day of the week. Arriving guests cannot normally access the apartment before 14:00. We ask guests to vacate the apartment by 10:00 on their final day in order that the apartment can be prepared for the arrival of the next set of guests.

Prices are based upon up to four persons. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The 75% balance becomes payable 60 days before the start of your holiday. For bookings made within 60 days of the departure date, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
