The house is 500 m from the beach of Cala Sinzias in the municipality of Castiadas. The interior, very bright, is composed of: a large living room with kitchen furnished with taste and simplicity in white and blue; a master bedroom; a room with a bunk bed (+ a third bed) and wardrobe; a bathroom with shower.
The environment is comfortable and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including the electric water heater, two air conditioners, washing machine, television connected to satellite dish, a small stereo, linen, crockery, an electric oven and one microwave, ...). Outside amenities include a shower, hot / cold; a barbecue with large work surface and sink.
A bike is available.
A large window connects the living room with patio area with table, chairs and two chaise longue. The house has a large private garden well cared for, with lawn. Overlooking the garden, in the back there is a car park.
The house also has a covered terrace with a small glimpse of the sea, reached by outside stairs, where you can relax and read in absolute privacy.
The village is very quiet and in a few minutes you can get to Villasimius or Costa Rei "meeting points" of the evening and night life. Restaurants, pizzerias, market and services (banks, shops, tobacco, restaurants, newsagent, church, ...) are all within a short drive.
All nearby beaches are equipped with characteristic kiosks bar / restaurant offering all services for the rental of umbrellas, deck chairs, pedal boats, canoes and rafts.
During the high season you can enjoy the full swing of the whole area but during the May-June or September-October surely enjoy the mild climate and the relaxation of the beautiful beaches almost deserted.
The whole area is part of a vast natural area of considerable environmental interest for the variety and spread of plant species, where the plants natural forest of oaks, cork oaks, arbutus, myrtle and juniper replacing a massive expanse of Mediterranean with all shades of color from yellow to green broom, euphorbia, the mastic, the mock privet, the prickly pears, ... The part of the shoreline, which runs for several kilometers, consists of a massive and continuous cliff made extremely impressive from rocciai eroded and modulated by the sea, sometimes interrupted by beautiful coves, some with the sandy bottom, which are real natural pools.
Interesting from the point of view of nature is the panorama from the mainland, from which one can see the cliffs of Capo Ferrato, Villasimius, the Isle of Serpentara and the sea to the picturesque cliff and the enchanting bay of Cala Pira. Another interesting Marine Protected Area of Capo Carbonara, a few miles south, where you can make day trips on the shoals of granitic rocks rich in marine life.
