very unfortunate experience. I'm a avid golfer who wanted to watch the U S Open over this weekend as my wife was involved in a event and I was going to enjoy golf on T.V. But the T. V. didn't work. I e-mailed 3 times to your e-mail and got no response. We left 1 day early so I could get home to watch the final round. VERY DISAPPOINTED in your service.

we arrived exactly at: 4:01 pm to the beds not being made, no clean towels, and a very dirty condo. I wasn't cleaned at all. The condo needs updating, A LOT of updating. I was am sick dealing with cancer and expected to be able to take my pm nap when I got in at 4. unfortunately we didn't have any beds to sleep in. I laid on the couch and they finally came in and cleaned around 6pm.. TV did not work either. I was supposed to get a refund for the cleaning but they took that deposit anyway. Very very disappointed. I liked the pool and hot tub but the condo was pretty bad.
